Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Badewannenträger der dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 zugrundeliegenden Art, die in ihrer Funktion in der DE-B-1 943 650 beschrieben ist.
  • Der bekannte Badewannenträger bedarf für Transport und Lagerung wegen seiner Größe eines nicht unerheblichen Raums, was natürlich Kosten verursacht.
  • Die Erfindung hat die Aufgabe, einen Badewannenträger der dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 zugrundeliegenden Art so auszugestalten, daß bei Transport und Lagerung der Raumbedarf verringert wird.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung dieser Aufgabe besteht in den im Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1 wiedergegebenen Merkmalen.
  • Dadurch, daß der Badewannenträger geteilt und die einzelnen Teile ineinander einsetzbar sind, wird ein Teil der Bauhöhe eingespart. Die ineinandergesetzten Teile des Badewannenträgers bilden eine Transport- und Lagereinheit, die einen geringeren Raumbedarf aufweist als der fertige Badewannenträger, bei dem die Teile in ihrer Betriebsstellung aufeinandergesetzt sind. Für die einzelnen Teile werden kleinere Schäumformen benötigt als für den ganzen Badewannenträger. Außerdem ist vorteilhaft, daß der ringförmige obere Teil in der Transport- und Lagerstellung an der Außenseite des unteren Teils anliegt und von diesem abgestützt wird, so daß er gegen Ausbrechen bei Stößen geschützt ist.
  • Das Merkmal des Anspruchs 2 bewirkt, daß der untere Teil des Badewannenträgers ganz in den oberen Teil desselben einsetzbar ist, so daß sich die Bauhöhe halbiert.
  • Die Vorsprünge des Anspruchs 3 erleichtern das Zusammenfügen der beiden Teile in der Betriebsstellung und ergeben einen einwandfreien Formschluß derselben.
  • Anspruch 4 gibt eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Vorsprünge wieder.
  • Das Merkmal des Anspruchs 5 erleichtert das Zusammenfügen der Teile des Badewannenträgers auf der Baustelle.
  • Der Badewannenträger kann je nach seiner äußeren Gestalt auch in mehr als einer Teilungsebene geteilt sein.
  • In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt.
    • Fig. 1 zeigt einen Längsschnitt durch den Badewannenträger im Einbauzustand;
    • Fig. zeigt einen Längsschnitt im Transport-und Lagerzustand;
    • Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen entsprechende Querschnitte.
  • Der als Ganzes mit 10 bzeichnete Badewannenträger besteht aus einem oben offenen Gehäuse aus einem Schaumkunststoff, welches an der Einbaustelle einer Badewanne in einem Gebäude angebracht, mit Anschlüssen versehen und gegebenenfalls verfliest wird, und in welches die eigentliche Badewanne nach Abschluß aller Arbeiten, die zu einer Beschädigung der Badewanne führen könnten, eingesetzt wird. Der Badewannenträger 10 schützt also die eigentliche Badewanne vor vorzeitiger Beschädigung und übt nach dem Einbau der Badewanne eine Schall- und Wärmedämmung aus.
  • Der Badewannenträger 10 besteht aus einem Bodenteil 1 und Seitenwänden 2, 3, 4, 5, welche schräg stehen, wobei sich die einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände 2,4 bzw. 3, 5 gegen den Bodenteil 1 hin annähern. Die Seitenwände 2, 3, 4, 5 besitzen zumindest im oberen Bereich eine im wesentlichen gleichbleibende Dicke und im wesentlichen ebene Oberfläche.
  • Der Badewannenträger 10 ist längs einer horizontalen, d. h. parallel zum Bodenteil 1 verlaufenden Teilungsebene 6 geteilt. Längs der Teilungsebene 6 ist am Unterteil 11 ein umlaufender Absatz 7 vorgesehen, der mit einem entsprechenden Absatz 8 an dem der Teilungsebene 6 zugewandten unteren Rand des Oberteils 12 zusammenwirkt, so daß sich bei zusammengefügtem Unterteil 11 und Oberteil 12 eine formschlüssige Verbindung entsprechend Fig. 1 einstellt. An einer der einander zugewandten Randflächen des Unterteils 11 und des Oberteils 12 kann ein selbstklebender Klebestreifen 9 vorgesehen sein, der bei gemäß Fig. 2 im Transportzustand befindlichen Teilen 11, 12 abgedeckt ist und durch Abziehen einer Schutzfolie aktiviert werden kann, um die Teile 11, 12 miteinander zu verbinden.
  • Die Bemessung der Schrägen und Wanddikken ist so getroffen, daß der äußere untere Rand 13 des Unterteils 11 in seinem Grundriß in den inneren unteren Rand 14 des Oberteils 12 hineinpaßt, so daß bei in etwa halber Höhe befindlicher Teilungsebene 6 das Unterteil 11 ganz in das Oberteil 12 hineingestellt werden kann.
  • Da gemäß den Fig. 1 und 2 die Schräge des Badewannenträgers 10 am Fußende der Badewanne stärker ist als am Kopfende, ergibt sich beim Ineinandersetzen eine Verlagerung des Oberteils 12 gegenüber dem Unterteil 11 um den Betrag A.
  • Bei gemäß Fig. 2 und 4 ineinandergesetzten Teilen 11, 12 beträgt die Transport- und Lagerhöhe des Badewannenträgers 10 bei gleichem Grundriß nur noch die Hälfte.

Claims (5)

1. Badewannenträger (10) in Gestalt eines die Badewanne aufnehmenden, oben offenen Gehäuses aus wärmeisolierendem Leichtmaterial, insbesondere Schaumkunststoff, mit schrägen, nach oben sich voneinander entfernenden Seitenwänden (2, 3, 4, 5), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Badewannenträger (10) in einer horizontalen Teilungsebene (6) geteilt und der untere Teil (11) zumindest auf einem Teil seiner Höhe in den oberen Teil (12) einsetzbar ist.
2. Badewannenträger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der innere untere Rand (14) des oberen Teils (12) in seinem Grundriß den äußeren unteren Rand (13) des unteren Teils (11) umgreift.
3. Badewannenträger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Rand des unteren Teils (11) und der untere Rand des oberen Teils (12) längs der Ränder verlaufende ineinander eingreifende Vorsprünge (7, 8) aufweisen.
4. Badewannenträger nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge durch längs der Ränder umlaufende Absätze (7, 8) gebildet sind, wobei die den Absätzen (7, 8) benachbarten Randflächen parallel zur horizontalen Teilungsebene (6) verlaufen.
5. Badewannenträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den einander zugewandten Randflächen des unteren bzw. oberen Teils (11, 12) eine selbstklebende Schicht (9) vorgesehen ist.
