Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for transporting precast concrete elements, consisting of an anchoring element to be concreted in, which forms a loop, preferably made of wire rope, in a recess of the precast concrete element for a releasable hook-like link for connection to a hoist.
  • an anchor sleeve is concreted into the precast concrete element, which has an internal thread, into which a cable eyelet with a clamping sleeve, which carries the external thread, can be screwed. If the anchor sleeve is well secured against tearing, for example connected to the reinforcement, a very reliable means of transport is obtained.
  • Transport devices of the aforementioned type have the advantage that the link for connection to the hoist can be manipulated in a similar way to a crane hook, so that the hanging condition can be easily monitored.
  • the disadvantage is that the transferability of the forces via the tab described or a bolt or the like is only possible to a limited extent.
  • the dimensions of the parts that protrude into the recess of the precast concrete part and form an eyelet or a thickening to be detected must naturally be kept small in order to limit the dimensions of the recess or the recess.
  • These components are also very sensitive to diagonal pull, which is often unavoidable. There is a risk of undetected overload, which can quickly lead to breakage and accidents.
  • the invention has set itself the task of creating a device for transporting precast concrete parts of the type mentioned, with which it is possible to use a hook-like member for connection to the hoist, which is easy to manipulate and easy to monitor in its correct application and with which it is possible to safely introduce comparatively high forces into the precast concrete element. It is an object of the invention to select the individual parts of the transport device so that the economic outlay remains as low as possible.
  • the invention is based on a device of the type described above and proposes that the hook-like, cast steel link is arranged between a connecting means of a hoist, such as a crane hook or the like.
  • a hoist such as a crane hook or the like.
  • the eyelet and a lower hook part and an upper one Eyelet part comprises, the outer contour of the hook part is designed substantially spherical and the rounded contact surface for the eyelet to be gripped by the hook is curved around a center of curvature approximately at the lower edge of the ball, the radius of curvature of the hook part being matched to that of the eyelet and the being of the Hook part adjoining eyelet is plate-shaped and the plate has an opening for the hoist.
  • the rounded contact surface for the eyelet and the spherical hook part In cooperation between the rounded contact surface for the eyelet and the spherical hook part, with appropriate adjustment of the recess in the precast concrete element, good, all-round mobility of the hook-like link to the different pulling directions can be achieved, so that even comparatively extreme oblique pulls are possible without the hook-like link comes into contact with the precast concrete element and this creates additional, indefinable leverage.
  • An important prerequisite here is that the rounded eyelet allows sufficient lateral movement and further that the eyelet is preferably made of wire rope. It has been found that it is possible by means of the wire rope to introduce extremely high forces into the precast concrete element without fear of overloads which can lead to breakage immediately.
  • the specific strength of a wire rope material is much greater than that of a solid material and the increased safety results from the fact that only a few wires break in the event of an overload with a wire rope, but this does not lead to a notch effect, whereas with a local overload with a solid material , especially with a high-quality material, there is a break immediately.
  • the lower hook part of the hook-like member is adapted to the diameter of the eyelet material, the forces in the hook-like member can be well controlled and it is possible to manufacture the hook-like member from a high-quality cast steel, so that expensive forging work can be avoided.
  • the spherical outer contour fits on the one hand adheres well to the required mobility of the hook-like member relative to the precast concrete part and also results in sufficient cross sections at the most stressed points on the hook-like member.
  • the hook-like link can be used like a crane hook.
  • the risk of incorrect operation is comparatively low.
  • the hook-like member according to the invention is preferably used with a wire rope eyelet. It is clear, however, that if the loads are reduced correspondingly, the eyelet made of wire rope can also be replaced with an eyelet made of another material, for example of conventional reinforcing iron.
  • the invention further proposes that the plate plane substantially coincides with the plane of the eyelet. This clearly defines the level of best mobility and is easily recognizable from the outside.
  • the plate widens upwards and the smallest piatton width essentially corresponds to the ball diameter. In this way, constrictions on the hook-like member are avoided and a good flow of force is achieved while avoiding local overstressing.
  • the invention also proposes a fuse in the form of a fall bolt in the hook mouth, which is guided at the transition between the ball and the plate.
  • This fall bolt must be raised to hang the hook-like member and then falls into its securing position. It prevents the correct hooking condition from being lost when the hook-like member is not loaded.
  • the plate plane is slightly angled in the position of use and that it is bent away from the hook mouth. This further increases the mobility of the hook-like member in relation to the eyelet. The possibility of pulling at an angle is reduced in one direction of pull. However, this is not a disadvantage because the mounting status can be selected according to the circumstances.
  • the wire rope eyelet is preferably part of a wire rope loop that is concreted into the precast concrete part.
  • the loop is in particular formed by a clamping sleeve which is arranged such that it preferably lies opposite the eyelet on the wire rope loop, that is to say serves as anchoring.
  • the wire rope eyelet can also be formed by a hairpin-shaped piece of wire rope, the two ends of the wire rope piece, which preferably also have clamping sleeves, being anchored sufficiently deep in the precast concrete part.
  • the hook-like member 1 which emerges from the representations of FIGS. 1-4, consists of the upper eye part 3 and the lower hook part 2.
  • the lower hook part 2 is provided with an outer contour 4 which is essentially the shape of a ball. section.
  • the hook jaw 11 is incorporated, which can be closed by the drop bolt 10.
  • This drop bolt 10 is in a guide 15 at the transition between the hook part 2 and the eyelet! 3 led.
  • the fall bolt 10 can be raised so that the eyelet 6 (Fig. 1) can be inserted into the hook.
  • the support surface 5 for this eyelet 6 is curved around the center of curvature 7, wherein the curvature in the region of the central plane 16 of the hook-like member 1 can be kept somewhat weaker than in the edge region 17.
  • the eyelet part 3 is formed by the plate 8 in which the opening 9 is arranged.
  • a crane hook can engage in the opening 9 or another connection means to the hoist.
  • a recess 19 is provided in the precast concrete part 18, which has an approximately hemispherical shape and in which the eyelet 6 of the wire rope loop 12 (see FIG. 1) is arranged. It is clear that in this way a good mobility for the hook-like member 1 is obtained in the plane shown in FIG. 1.
  • the eyelet 6 is formed by the wire rope loop 12.
  • the clamping sleeve 14 connects the ends of the wire rope to the loop.
  • the shape of the loop 12 is also determined by the bracket 23.
  • 1 and 2 has the advantage that a low-lying anchoring point is obtained by the clamping sleeve 14, which allows the introduction of considerable forces, even if the loop 12 is not connected to the reinforcement of the precast concrete element 18.
  • FIG. 5 A variant of the wire rope loop according to FIGS. 1 and 2 results from the illustration in FIG. 5.
  • the two ends of the wire rope are connected like a tennis racket by a clamping sleeve 14 which has a conical outer contour.
  • a connection can be obtained with a plate 24 which has a corresponding recess and good anchoring of the wire rope piece in the precast concrete part 18 is obtained.
  • the plate 24 can of course also be replaced by a piece of flat iron, a disk or the like.
  • the wire rope ends are passed through the clamp 14 and folded to the side to a certain depth in the precast concrete part 18. If desired, these pieces of wire rope can be shaped into further eyelets 6.
  • an eyelet 6 is molded into the wire rope, the eyelet 6 being part of a ring in the wire rope.
  • the wire rope piece 13 is shaped like a hairpin. While the ends are provided with clamping sleeves 14 in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 9, such clamping sleeves are omitted in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 10.
