Кроме того, настоящее изобретение относится к противогрибковой композиции, содержащей этот штамм, противогрибковой композиции, содержащей этот штамм и по меньшей мере один штамм Lactobacillus paracasei, пищевым, кормовым и фармацевтическим продуктам, содержащим такую противогрибковую композицию, способу получения таких пищевых, кормовых и фармацевтических продуктов, способу уменьшения содержания дрожжей и плесневых грибов в таких пищевых, кормовых и фармацевтических продуктах и к применению этой противогрибковой композиции.
