Abstract

Согласно настоящему изобретению предложены генетически сконструированные микроорганизмы и способы получения происходящих из хоризмата продуктов, таких как парагидроксибензойная кислота, салицилат, 2-аминобензоат, 2,3-дигидроксибензоат и 4-гидроксициклогексанкарбоновая кислота. Как правило, указанный микроорганизм содержит по меньшей мере одно из следующего: (a) экзогенную хоризмат-пируват-лиазу, (b) экзогенную изохоризматсинтазу, (c) экзогенную изохоризмат-пируват-лиазу и (d) префенатсинтазу, которая содержит нарушающую экспрессию мутацию.
