Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к новому пептиду, производному глюкагона, и композиции для профилактики или лечения ожирения, включающей пептид в качестве активного ингредиента. Производное глюкагона в соответствии с настоящим изобретением является более эффективным в отношении активации как рецепторов глюкагоноподобного пептида-1, так и рецепторов глюкагона по сравнению с нативным глюкагоном и, таким образом, может найти широкое применение в качестве эффективного агента для лечения ожирения.
