Abstract
Принципы настоящего изобретения позволяют создать новые композиции и способы для естественного обогащения напитков множеством витаминов. Способ включает одноэтапное брожение напитков, например фруктовых соков, под действием микроорганизма, способного вырабатывать по меньшей мере такие четыре витамина, как витамин В12, витамин K, фолат и биотин.
