Abstract

Съедобная емкость, пригодная для содержания замороженного кондитерского изделия, которая включает не более 15 вес.% связующего и по меньшей мере 50 вес.% частиц орехов, в котором частицы имеют средний диаметр от 0,001 до 5 мм и содержание воды не более 5 вес.%. Также предложен способ получения съедобной емкости, включающий следующие стадии: (а) дозирование в поддерживающую форму требуемого количества ингредиентов съедобной емкости, включающих не более 15 вес.% связующих компонентов и по меньшей мере 50 вес.% частиц орехов от веса съедобной емкости, имеющих средний диаметр от 0,001 до 5 мм и содержание воды не более 5 вес.%; (b) вставка формующего инструмента в ингредиенты в поддерживающей форме и (с) вибрация формующего инструмента с ультразвуковой частотой для формования ингредиентов в съедобную емкость желаемой формы.
