Abstract

Авторами настоящего изобретения предложено применение композиции, содержащей антимикробный полипептид, включающий Blad или его активный вариант, для предотвращения или подавления порчи пищевого продукта, вызываемой микроорганизмом. Также предложен способ предотвращения или подавления вызываемой микроорганизмом порчи пищевого продукта, включающий введение в предназначенный для этого пищевой продукт эффективного количества композиции, содержащей антимикробный полипептид, включающий Blad или его активный вариант.
