Abstract

Изобретение относится к спасательному транспортному средству (10), выполненному как пустотелый корпус, имеющий форму, по существу, диска или сферы, сплюснутой вдоль вертикальной оси (16) и имеющей наибольшую ширину в горизонтальной плоскости (15), при этом корпус содержит верхнюю часть (11) и нижнюю часть (13), ограничивает внутренний пассажирский отсек (25), при этом корпус содержит стабилизирующую конструкцию (12), которая стабилизирует транспортное средство, находящееся в воде, телескопическую конструкцию (40), стабилизирующее средство (14), расположенное на нижней части, при этом стабилизирующее средство выполнено с возможностью смещения в вертикальном направлении вниз от нижней части за счет активации телескопической конструкции (40). Для того чтобы транспортное средство могло двигаться не только в воздухе, но и по воде, оно содержит первый и второй роторы (52, 17), двигатель (55) с соединенной трансмиссией (54), пару двигательных установок (60) и стабилизатор (65).
