Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к вектору, способному экспрессироваться в прокариотном хозяине, и к последовательности нуклеиновых кислот, содержащим индуцируемый маннозой промотор оперона маннозы Bacillus subfiles, при этом указанные вектор и последовательность нуклеиновых кислот, соответственно, могут должным образом использоваться для трансформирования клетки-хозяина для экспрессии гетерологической последовательности нуклеиновых кислот, кодирующей полипептид в ходе, в частности, ферментации с высокой клеточной плотностью.
