Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу получения подложки, покрытой по меньшей мере на одной поверхности низкоэмиссионным пакетом тонких пленок, включающему в себя следующие стадии: осаждают на упомянутую по меньшей мере одну поверхность упомянутой подложки пакет тонких пленок, содержащий по меньшей мере одну тонкую пленку серебра между по меньшей мере двумя тонкими диэлектрическими пленками; термически обрабатывают эту по меньшей мере одну покрытую поверхность по меньшей мере одним лазерным излучением, излучаемым по меньшей мере с одной длиной волны между 500 и 2000 нм, так что излучательная способность и/или поверхностное сопротивление пакета снижается по меньшей мере на 5%, причем упомянутый способ является таким, что до обработки упомянутый пакет содержит по меньшей мере одну тонкую пленку, по меньшей мере, частично поглощающую лазерное излучение, так что поглощение упомянутого пакета по меньшей мере на одной длине волны лазерного излучения является таким, что поглощение покрытой упомянутым пакетом подложки из прозрачного стекла толщиной 4 мм на упомянутой по меньшей мере одной длине волны лазерного излучения больше или равно 10%.
