Abstract
В настоящем изобретении предлагается система, предназначенная для полной конверсии углеродсодержащего сырья в синтез-газ и шлак. Система включает в себя первичную камеру для удаления летучих соединений из сырья, в которой производится газ первичной камеры (отходящий газ), вторичную камеру для дальнейшей конверсии обработанного сырья в газ вторичной камеры (синтез-газ) и остаточное вещество, зону реформулирования газа для обработки газа, полученного в одной или более камерах, и камеру плавления, в которой остаточное вещество переходит в стекловидное состояние. В первичной камере существует возможность непосредственной или косвенной подачи добавок, необходимых для регулировки содержания углерода в сырье. Система также включает в себя систему управления для слежения за различными этапами процесса в системе газификации и упорядочивает их так, чтобы обеспечить эффективность и полноту конверсии углеродсодержащего сырья в синтез-газ.
