Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Anlage (1) zur Herstellung von Bioethanol beschrieben, bei dem organische Abfallprodukte des Herstellungsprozesses, insbesondere DGS und DDGS, verbrannt und die so gewonnene Nutzwärme der Anlage (1) selbst wieder zugeführt wird. Der Verbrennungsprozess findet in einem Wirbelschichtofen (2) statt. Allen Räumen (9, 11), in denen der Verbrennungsprozess abläuft, wird so viel Wärme entzogen, dass an keiner Stelle die Schmelztemperatur der Asche des Abfallproduktes, insbesondere 70°C, überschritten wird. Auf diese Weise bildet sich eine feinkörnige Asche, die sich überwiegend in die Wirbelschicht (9) einmischt und leicht zu entsorgen ist. Die Nutzwärme wird zum Teil aus dem bei der Verbrennung entstehendem Rauchgas und zum Teil aus der dem Verbrennungsprozess zur Einhaltung der Maximaltemperatur entzogenen Wärme gewonnen.
