Claims (10)
- 管本体の内部に設けられた流路と管本体の外部との間で熱交換が行われる伝熱管であって、
前記管本体の外側に、前記管本体の全部を覆う第一の被覆層が設けられ、前記第一の被覆層の外側に、前記第一の被覆層の一部を覆う第二の被覆層が設けられ、
前記管本体は、前記第一の被覆層及び前記第二の被覆層よりも熱伝導率が高い材料からなり、
前記第一の被覆層の厚さ及び前記第二の被覆層の厚さは、前記管本体の厚さよりも薄く、
前記第一の被覆層は、前記第二の被覆層よりも延性が大きいモリブデンが添加された低炭素濃度のオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼によって形成され、
前記第二の被覆層は、前記第一の被覆層よりも硬度が高いクロム系合金によって形成されていることを特徴とする伝熱管。 - 前記第一の被覆層は、前記管本体に対して肉盛溶接を施すことにより形成され、
前記第二の被覆層は、前記第一の被覆層に対して肉盛溶接を施すことにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝熱管。 - 前記第一の被覆層及び前記第二の被覆層は、外部の雰囲気に対する耐食性が前記管本体よりも高い材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の伝熱管。
- 前記管本体の材料は炭素鋼又は低合金鋼であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の伝熱管。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載された伝熱管の製造方法であって、
前記管本体に対して肉盛溶接を施すことにより、前記第一の被覆層を形成し、
前記第一の被覆層に対して肉盛溶接を施すことにより、前記第二の被覆層を形成することを特徴とする伝熱管の製造方法。 - 炉体内で流動媒体を流動させ焼却物を焼却させる流動床炉であって、
前記炉体内に、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載された伝熱管を備えることを特徴とする流動床炉。 - 前記第二の被覆層は、前記伝熱管が前記流動媒体に接触する部分に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の流動床炉。
- 前記伝熱管は、互いに略平行に配置される複数の直管部を備えることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の流動床炉。
- 前記複数の直管部は、互いに異なる高さにおいてそれぞれ長さ方向を横方向に向けて配置され、
前記第二の被覆層は、少なくとも前記複数の直管部のうち最も下段に位置する直管部の下部に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の流動床炉。 - 隣り合う直管部の管本体同士は互いに接触させられ、
前記第二の被覆層は、前記直管部の管本体同士が接触している部分から離隔した部分に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の流動床炉。
