Abstract

본 발명은 폐타이어 분해열원 공급용 카본처리 시스템을 개시한다. 본 발명은 폐타이어를 열 분해시키는 열 분해로에서 분리된 카본을 공급받아 저장하는 카본 저장탱크와; 상기 폐타이어의 열 분해 과정에서 생성된 증기에 포함된 오일이나 가스를 공급받아 이를 연소시키는 버너와; 상기 버너의 일측에 설치되어 이를 점화원으로 하여 상기 카본 저장탱크로부터 공급받은 카본을 연소시키고, 연소과정에서 발생된 열을 상기 열 분해로로 공급하도록 배관되는 연소로를 포함하여 구성된다. 이와 같은 구성의 본 발명은, 통해 폐타이어에서 분리된 카본을 완전 연소시켜 오염 발생을 방지하고, 연소 과정에서 생성된 열을 재활용할 수 있도록 함으로써 경제적인 운영을 극대화시킬 수 있어 산업상 대단히 유용한 효과가 기대된다.
