Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de traitement de carbone permettant de fournir une chaleur de décomposition à des pneumatiques usés. Le système de traitement de carbone de l'invention comprend : un réservoir de stockage de carbone qui reçoit du carbone séparé provenant d'un four de décomposition thermique destiné à décomposer des pneumatiques usés sous l'action de la chaleur, et qui stocke le carbone reçu; un brûleur qui reçoit de l'huile ou du gaz contenu dans le flux généré pendant un processus de décomposition thermique des pneumatiques usés, et brûle l'huile et le gaz reçus; et un four de combustion agencé sur un côté du bruleur pour brûler le carbone fourni par le réservoir de stockage de carbone au moyen du bruleur utilisé comme source d'allumage, et pour alimenter le four de décomposition thermique en chaleur générée pendant la combustion. Le système de l'invention ainsi configuré brûle complètement le carbone séparé des pneumatiques usés pour empêcher la contamination et réutilise la chaleur générée pendant la combustion pour maximiser l'opération économique, ce qui présente une grande utilité industrielle.
