Abstract

Предлагается усовершенствованная модель каталитического способа и реактора для получения метанола в равновесных условиях, где метанол по мере образования выделяется в реакторе из газовой фазы в жидкую фазу без снижения каталитической активности катализатора синтеза метанола. Это достигается регулированием точки кипения или температуры жидкого охлаждающего агента, находящегося в косвенном контакте с частицами катализатора, и обеспечением определенного отношения объема слоя катализатора к площади охлаждаемой поверхности. Таким образом, конденсация метанола по мере его образования в газовой фазе происходит большей частью на охлаждаемой поверхности, равномерно распределенной внутри реактора, и внутри очень ограниченной области каталитического слоя, если это вообще имеет место.
