Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к способу получения бусин, содержащих материал, способный к желатинированию, указанный способ содержит следующие стадии: (i) объединение (а) жидкой композиции, содержащей материал, способный к желатинированию; и (b) первой гидрофобной фазы; (ii) обработку жидкой композиции и первой гидрофобной фазы средством для эмульгирования в первом реакторе путем подвода внешней механической энергии для создания эмульсии, включающей индивидуальные капли, содержащие материал, способный к желатинированию, в первой гидрофобной фазе, при этом материал, способный к желатинированию, обеспечивает прерывистую фазу, и первая гидрофобная фаза обеспечивает непрерывную фазу; (iii) стабилизацию капель путем перемещения эмульсии из первого реактора в реактор стабилизации, где эмульсию, полученную на стадии (ii), обрабатывают в устройстве желатинирования для достижения желатинирования в течение 5 мин или меньше и формирования бусин.
