Abstract

Способ получения 1,2-дихлорэтана, исходя из потока этана, в соответствии с которым: а) поток этана подвергают каталитическому оксидегидрированию с получением газовой смеси, содержащей этилен, непревращенный этан, воду и вторичные компоненты; b) указанную газовую смесь необязательно промывают и сушат, получая, таким образом, сухую газовую смесь; с) после необязательной дополнительной стадии очистки сухую газовую смесь затем доставляют в реактор хлорирования, с подаваемым потоком хлора так, чтобы по меньшей мере 10% этилена превращалось в 1,2-дихлорэтан; d) 1,2-дихлорэтан, образовавшийся в реакторе хлорирования, необязательно отделяют от потока продуктов, получаемых из реактора хлорирования; е) поток продуктов, получаемых из реактора хлорирования, из которых необязательно экстрагирован 1,2-дихлорэтан, доставляют в реактор оксихлорирования, в котором большая часть достаточного количества этилена превращается в 1,2-дихлорэтан, после чего последний необязательно подвергают абсорбции/десорбции на стадии е'), во время которой 1,2-дихлорэтан, образовавшийся в реакторе хлорирования, необязательно экстрагируют, если не экстрагировали ранее; f) 1,2-дихлорэтан, образовавшийся в реакторе оксихлорирования, отделяют от потока продуктов, получаемых из реактора оксихлорлрования, и необязательно добавляют к 1,2-дихлорэтану, образовавшемуся в реакторе хлорирования; g) поток продуктов, получаемых из реактора оксихлорирования, из которых экстрагирован 1,2-дихлорэтан, необязательно содержащий дополнительный поток этана, ранее введенный на одну из стадий от b) до f), необязательно рециркулируют, направляя на стадию а) после необязательного продувания газов и/или после
