Abstract
Способ производства нановолокон из полимерного раствора методом электростатического формования волокна в электрическом поле, созданном за счёт разности потенциалов между собирательным электродом (4) и поворотно расположенным волокнообразующим электродом (1) продолговатой формы, который частью своей окружности погружен в полимерный раствор (3), при этом за счёт вращения волокнообразующего электрода (1) полимерный раствор (3) по крайней мере частями поверхности этого электрода выносится в электрическое поле, в котором на поверхности собирательного электрода (4) формуются нановолокна, которые уносятся к собирательному электроду (4) и укладываются на поверхность подкладочного материала (5), проложенного между волокнообразующим электродом (1) и собирательным электродом (4) вблизи от собирательного электрода (4). На полимерный раствор (3) на поверхности волокнообразующего электрода (1) в месте линии пересечения поверхности волокнообразующего электрода (1) и плоскости, проведённой через ось волокнообразующего электрода (1) и перпендикулярной к плоскости подкладочного материала (5), направлено по всей длине волокнообразующего электрода (1) действие электрического поля максимальной и одинаковой напряжённости, за счёт чего достигается высокий и равномерный эффект формования волокна по всей длине волокнообразующего электрода (1). Изобретение касается также устройства для производства нановолокон из полимерного раствора методом электростатического формования волокна.
