Abstract
Настоящее изобретение предоставляет аминоарильные сульфонамидные производные, отвечающие формуле (I), которые могут использоваться для лечения нарушений ЦНС, связанных с 5-HTрецептором или находящихся под его влиянием. Фармакологический профиль этих соединений включает высокое сродство к связыванию с 5-HTрецептором, наряду с хорошей селективностью по отношению к указанному рецептору.
