Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу получения пористой структуры из карбида кремния типа сот, причем упомянутый способ отличается тем, что он включает в себя стадии формирования пасты, исходя из смеси гранул карбида кремния, диаметр dкоторых находится в интервале от 5 до 300 мкм, органического связующего и неорганического порообразующего агента в виде частиц на основе диоксида кремния, общая пористость которого превышает 70%, формования сырого монолитного пластического блока в форме сот, сушки упомянутого монолитного блока и прокаливания монолитного блока при температуре больше 2100°С. Структура, полученная по настоящему способу, может быть использована в качестве носителя катализатора в линии выхлопа дизельного или бензинового двигателя или в качестве фильтра для задерживания взвешенных частиц в линии выхлопа дизельного двигателя.
