Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к желобовому устройству, по которому перемещается расплавленный металл. Металл течет в нижней части желобового устройства по каналу, ограниченному огнеупорным материалом, при этом желоб имеет такую термоизоляцию, что в рабочем состоянии металл образует твердую зону в пористом огнеупорном материале. Существенными элементами желобового устройства являются крышка, имеющая электрические резисторы, благодаря которым металл поддерживается в расплавленном состоянии, а желоб остается достаточно горячим на протяжении всего процесса, и газовая горелка, предотвращающая охлаждение металла под воздействием газа, протекающего в канале желоба.
