Abstract

Усовершенствованные конкурентные ингибиторы ГАЖК, в которых используют α-кетогетероциклический фармакофор и связывающую подгруппу, имеющую π-ненасыщенность. α-Кетогетероциклический фармакофор и связывающая подгруппа присоединены к друг другу предпочтительно углеводородной цепью. Усовершенствование заключается в использовании гетероциклического фармакофора, выбранного из оксазолов, оксадиазолов, тиазолов и тиадиазолов, имеющих в 4 и/или 5 положениях алкильные или арильные заместители. Усовершенствованные конкурентные ингибиторы ГАЖК проявляют повышенную активность по сравнению с обычными конкурентными ингибиторами ГАЖК.Отчет о международном поиске был опубликован 2004.09.16.
