Предлагаемые в изобретении лекарственные средства благодаря наличию у них антагонистической в отношении MCH-рецептора активности пригодны для лечения связанных с нарушением обмена веществ расстройств и/или расстройств приема пищи, прежде всего ожирения, булимии, анорексии, гиперфагии и диабета.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
