Abstract

Предложен способ конверсии оксигенатов и реактор с быстрым псевдоожиженным слоем, имеющий верхнюю зону высвобождения и нижнюю реакционную зону. Способ выполняют в реакционной зоне, имеющей зону плотной фазы в нижней реакционной зоне и переходную зону, которая расположена в зоне высвобождения. Часть катализатора выгружают из места выше переходной зоны в зоне высвобождения, по меньшей мере, частично регенерируют и возвращают в место выше зоны плотной фазы, в то время как катализатор непрерывно циркулирует из зоны высвобождения в нижнюю реакционную зону. В способе предложена технология выполнения полной конверсии при значительном сокращении необходимого объема катализатора по сравнению с обычным реактором с кипящим слоем.
