Abstract

Функцию глутаматных рецепторов у млекопитающих можно потенцировать с использованием эффективного количества соединения формулы (I)R-L-NHSOR,где Rпредставляет незамещенную или замещенную ароматическую или гетероароматическую группу; Rпредставляет (C-C)-алкил, (C-C)-циклоалкил, (C-C)-фторалкил, (C-C)-хлоралкил, (C-C)-алкенил, (C-C)-алкокси-(C-C)-алкил, фенил, который является незамещенным или замещен галогеном, (C-C)-алкилом или (C-C)-алкокси, или группу формулы RRN, где каждый из Rи Rпредставляет, независимо, (C-C)-алкил, или вместе с атомом азота, к которому они присоединены, образуют азетидинильную, пирролидинильную, пиперидинильную, морфолино-, пиперазинильную, гексагидроазепинильную или октагидроазоцинильную группу; и L представляет (C-C)-алкиленовую цепь, незамещенную или замещенную одним или двумя заместителями, выбранными, независимо, среди (C-C)-алкила, арил-(C-C)-алкила, (C-C)-алкенила, арил-(C-C)-алкенила и арила, или двумя заместителями, которые вместе с атомом углерода или атомами углерода, к которым они присоединены, образуют (C-C)-карбоциклическое кольцо; и его фармацевтически приемлемых солей.
