Abstract

Описаны белок, имеющий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID № 1 Списка последовательностей, произведенный из MP52 человека, и его димер. Описанный выше гомодимерный белок может быть получен путем конструирования плазмиды, содержащей ДНК, кодирующую аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID № 1 Списка последовательностей с метионином на N-конце, введения этой плазмиды в E.coli для трансформации, солюбилизации тел включения, полученных культивированием трансформанта, очистки мономерного белка из солюбилизированного раствора, повторной укладки мономерного белка в димерный белок и его очистки. Описанный выше димерный белок применим в качестве фармацевтической композиции для лечения заболеваний костей и хрящей.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
