Claims (6)
1. Fremgangsmåde til overtrækning af et metalbånd (200) under brug af et belægningsmateriale (300), som er væskeformet til at begynde med, hvori fremgangsmåden omfatter følgende trin: - føring af materialebåndet (200), der skal belægges, gennem en belægningsbeholder (110), som er fyldt med det væskeformige belægningsmateriale (300), - afblæsning af overskydende dele af det endnu flydende belægningsmateriale (300) fra metalbåndets (200) overflade med en afblæsningsindretning (120) efter gennemløb af belægningsbeholderen, - stabilisering af metalbåndet efter det har forladt afblæsningsindretningen (120) ved hjælp af en elektromagnetisk stabiliseringsindretning (140) nedstrøms for afblæsningsindretningen i metalbåndets fremføringsretning, hvilken stabiliseringsindretning bæres af afblæsningsindretningen, - forskydning af den elektromagnetiske stabiliseringsindretning (140) i forhold til afblæsningsindretningen (120) i et plan på tværs af metalbåndets (200) fremføringsretning på sådan måde, at metalbåndets (200) aktuelle position falder sammen i det mindste omtrentligt med en foruddefineret central position i spalten (142) i den elektromagnetiske stabiliseringsindretning (14), og - regulering af metalbåndets aktuelle position i forhold til den foruddefinerede ønskede centrale position ved passende forskydning af afblæsningsindretningen (120) i et plan på tværs af metalbåndets fremføringsretning, kendetegnet ved, at - en afvigelse fra metalbåndets (200) aktuelle position fra en foruddefineret central position i afblæsningsindretningens (12) spalte registreres, - afblæsningsindretningens (120) forskydning med hensyn til en paslinie-referenceposition registreres direkte eller indirekte, og - den elektromagnetiske stabiliseringsindretnings (140) forskydning foregår i overensstemmelse med og i modsat retning af den registrerede forskydning af afblæsningsindretningen (120) på sådan måde, at den elektromagnetiske stabiliseringsindretning (140) forbliver på sit oprindelige sted.

Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den registrerede afvigelse i metalbåndets (200) aktuelle position i afblæsningsindretningens (120) eller den elektromagnetiske stabiliseringsindretnings (140) spalte (122, 142) er en translatorisk forskydning parallel med en langsgående retning defineret af den ønskede centrale position og/eller en rotation i forhold til den foruddefinerede ønskede centrale position af metalbåndet i afblæsningsindretningens (120) eller den elektromagnetiske stabiliseringsindretnings (140) spalte (122, 142).

Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at den registrerede afvigelse af metalbåndets (200) aktuelle position er en translatorisk forskydning i bredderetningen (x) i forhold til den foruddefinerede ønskede centrale position af metalbåndet i afblæsningsindretningens (120) eller den elektromagnetiske stabiliseringsindretnings (140) spalte (122, 142).

Indretning (100) til belægning af et metalbånd (200) med et væskeformet belægningsmateriale (300), hvori indretningen omfatter: - en belægningsbeholder (110), som kan fyldes med det væskeformige belægningsmateriale (300), til gennemføring af metalbåndet (200), der skal belægges, - en afblæsningsindretning (120) arrangeret over belægningsbeholderen til afblæsning af overskydende dele af det endnu flydende belægningsmateriale (300) fra metalbåndets (200) overflade efter føring af metalbåndet gennem belægningsbeholderen, - en elektromagnetisk stabiliseringsindretning (140) arrangeret over afblæsningsindretningen (120) og båret af afblæsningsindretningen til stabilisering af metalbåndet (200) efter at det har forladt belægningsbeholderen (110) og afblæsningsindretningen (120), - en første forskydningsindretning (160) til forskydning af den elektromagnetiske stabiliseringsindretning (140) i forhold til afblæsningsindretningen (120) i et plan på tværs af metalbåndets fremføringsretning (R), - en styreindretning (170) til aktivering af den første forskydningsindretning (160), - en anden forskydningsindretning (130) til forskydning af afblæsningsindretningen (120), og - en reguleringsindretning (180) til regulering af metalbåndets (200) aktuelle position i forhold til en foruddefineret ønsket central position af metalbåndet (200) i en spalte (122) i afblæsningsindretningen (120) ved forskydning af afblæsningsindretningen (120) ved hjælp af den anden forskydningsindretning (130) i et plan på tværs af metalbåndets fremføringsretning (R), kendetegnet ved, at - der er tilvejebragt en første registreringsindretning (150) til registrering af en afvigelse i metalbåndets (200) aktuelle position fra en foruddefineret ønsket central position i afblæsningsindretningens (120) spalte (122), - den anden forskydningsindretning (130) er konfigureret til forskydning af afblæsningsindretningen i overensstemmelse med den registrerede afvigelse i den aktuelle position af metalbåndet (200) fra en foruddefineret ønsket central position i spalten (122) i afblæsningsindretningen (120), - en anden registreringsindretning (155) er tilvejebragt til registrering af afblæsningsindretningens (120) forskydning med hensyn til en paslinie-referenceposition, og - reguleringsmekanismen (170) er konfigureret til forskydning af den elektromagnetiske stabiliseringsindretning (140) i overensstemmelse med og i modsat retning af den registrerede forskydning af afblæsningsindretningen (120) på sådan måde, at den elektromagnetiske stabiliseringsindretning (140) som resultat forbliver på sit oprindelige sted.
5. Indretning (100) ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at den første forskydningsindretning (160) er arrangeret mellem afblæsningsindretningen (120) og den elektromagnetiske stabiliseringsindretning (140) til forskydning af den elektromagnetiske stabiliseringsindretning (140).
