Claims (8)

1. Dynamisk pendulskammel, omfattende en fod (1), en søjle (2), der er fast forbundet med foden (1), og et sæde (3), der er fast forbundet med den øvre ende af søjlen (2), kendetegnet ved, at søjlen består af en teleskopisk søjle, som omfatter en nedre del (2a), der er fast forbundet med en kugleformet fod (1), som har en diameter, der er mindre end eller lig med 20 cm, og en øvre del (2b), hvis frie ende er forsynet med en ledforbindelse (9), som omfatter tre frihedsgrader og er fast forbundet med den nedre flade af sædet (3), således at, når en bruger tager plads på sædet, danner søjlen (2) en vinkel, som ligger mellem 30 og 90° forhold til vandret og gør således en isometrisk sammentrækning af muskelgrupperne af de nedre led og omkring den ab-dominale torso i siddende stilling.
