a invenção se refere a um método (100) para auxiliar usando um dispositivo de assento pendular, o referido dispositivo compreendendo um pé esférico (1), uma porção de assento (3), um corpo sendo fixado em uma primeira extremidade ao referido pé (1) e em uma segunda extremidade à porção de assento (3) e um sensor de medição de posição (23, 24) sendo fixado ao referido dispositivo. a invenção também se refere a um objeto eletrônico remoto (50) realizando o referido método pela unidade de processamento do mesmo, o objeto eletrônico remoto (50) também compreendendo meio de saída (30) e meio para assegurar comunicação com o referido dispositivo de assento. o referido objeto elétrico também compreende uma memória de programas compreendendo instruções de um produto de programa de computador (p) a execução ou interpretação das quais pela unidade de processamento ocasiona a implementação do método de assistência (100).
