Claims (18)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling afen vandig tankblandingssammensætning omfattende en glyphosat-bestanddel og en dicamba-bestanddel, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: at kombinere en vandig glyphosatkoncentratsammensætning, en dicamba-sammensætning omfattende et eller flere salte af dicamba og fortyndingsvand til dannelse af tankblandingssammensætningen, hvor glyphosatkoncen-tratsammensætningen omfatter et glyphosatsalt, der er valgt fra gruppen bestående af monoethanolaminsalt, kaliumsalt og blandinger deraf ved en glyphosatmængde på mindst 240 gram syreækvivalent pr. liter (g a.e./l.) og et eller flere overfladeaktive stoffer, og hvor pH-værdien på en 5 vægt-%-syre-ækvivalentfortynding af glyphosatkoncentratsammensætningen er fra 5 til 6,5, og hvor molforholdet af glyphosatneutraliseringsbase til glyphosat, der anvendes til fremstilling af glyphosatkoncentratsammensætningen, er fra 1,25:1 til 1,5:1, og hvor det overfladeaktive stof er valgt fra gruppen bestående af: (1) et kvaternært ammoniumsalt med formlen (I):
hvor R1 er hydrocarbyl eller substitueret hydrocarbyl med 1 til 30 carbonato-mer; R2 i hver af grupperne (R2O)x og (R2O)y uafhængigt er C2-C4-alkylen; R3 er hydrogen eller en lineær eller forgrenet alkylgruppe med fra 1 til 4 carbona-tomer; R4 er hydrocarbyl eller substitueret hydrocarbyl med fra 1 til 30 carbo-natomer; x og y uafhængigt er et gennemsnitligt tal fra 1 til 40; og X" er en landbrugsmæssigt acceptabel anion; (2) en alkoxyleret tertiær etheramin med formlen (II):
hvor R5 er et hydrocarbyl eller substitueret hydrocarbyl med fra 4 til 22 carbo-natomer; R6 og R7 hver især uafhængigt er et hydrocarbylen med 2, 3 eller 4 carbonatomer; hvert R8 uafhængigt er hydrogen eller Ci-6-alkyl, m er et gennemsnitligt tal fra 1 til 10; og summen af x og y er en gennemsnitlig værdi i området fra 2 til 60;
(3) et alkylpolysaccharid med formlen (III):
(III) hvor R9 er en lige eller forgrenet kæde substitueret eller usubstitueret hydrocarbyl, der er valgt blandt alkyl, alkenyl, alkylphenyl, alkenylphenyl med fra 4 til 22 carbonatomer; sug-enheden er en saccharidrest; og u er et gennemsnitligt tal fra 1 til 10; (4) en amidoalkylamin med formlen (IV):
hvor Rlu er et hydrocarbyl eller substitueret hydrocarbyl med fra 1 til 22 carbonatomer, R11 og R12 hver især uafhængigt er hydrocarbyl eller substitueret hydrocarbyl med fra 1 til 6 carbonatomer, og R13 er hydrocarbylen eller substitu-teret hydrocarbylen med fra 1 til 6 carbonatomer og kombinationer deraf.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor pH-værdien af en 5 vægt-%-syreækvi-valentfortynding af glyphosatkoncentratsammensætningen er fra 5,2 til 5,8.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor syreækvivalent-vægtforholdet af glyphosatsalt til dicambasalt i tankblandingssammensætningen er fra 1:1 til 5:1.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, hvor dicambasaltet er valgt fra gruppen bestående af monoethanolaminsalt, diglycolaminsalt, kaliumsalt og blandinger deraf.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, hvor glyphosatmængden i glyphosatkoncentratsammensætningen er fra 360 g/l til 550 g/l på en syre-ækvivalentbasis. 6 * *
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, hvor molforholdet af glyphosat- neutraliseringsbase til glyphosat, der anvendes til fremstilling af glyphosatkon- centratsammensætningen er fra 1,25:1 til 1,35:1.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, hvor neutraliseringsbasen er en monosyrebase.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, hvor glyphosatkoncentratsam-mensætningen har et molforhold af monobasisk glyphosatsalt til dibasisk glyphosatsalt på 1:1 til 3:1.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, hvor glyphosatsaltet er kaliumsaltet.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9, hvor dicambasaltet er diglyco-laminsaltet.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 10, hvor det overfladeaktive stof omfatter det kvaternære ammoniumsalt med formlen (I), hvor R1- og R4-hydro-carbylgrupperne uafhængigt er valgt blandt lineær eller forgrenet alkyl-, lineær eller forgrenet alkenyl-, lineær eller forgrenet alkynyl-, aryl- eller aralkyl-grup-permedfra 1 til 25 carbonatomer; eller lineær eller forgrenet alkyl-grupper med fra 1 til 22 carbonatomer, og R2 i hver af (R2O)x- og (R2O)y-gruppen uafhængigt er C2-C4-alkylen eller ethylen eller propylen; R3 er hydrogen, methyl eller ethyl; og summen af x og y er et gennemsnitligt tal fra 2 til 30 eller fra 2 til 20.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 11, hvor det overfladeaktive stof omfatter den alkoxylerede tertiære etheramin med formlen (II), hvor R5 er en alkyl med en gennemsnitlig værdi i området fra 4 til 22 carbonatomer, fra 8 til 22 carbonatomer eller fra 10 til 20 carbonatomer; R6 og R7 uafhængigt er ethylen, propylen, isopropylen; R8 er hydrogen; m er en gennemsnitlig værdi i området fra 1 til 5; og summen af x og y er en gennemsnitlig værdi i området fra 2 til 25. 13
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 12, hvor det overfladeaktive stof omfatter den alkoxylerede tertiære etheramin med formlen (II), hvor R5 er C12-14; R6 er isopropyl; R7 er ethylen; R8 er hydrogen; m er 2; og summen af x og y er 5.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 13, hvor det overfladeaktive stof omfatter alkylpolysaccharid-overfladeaktivt stof med formlen (III), hvor R9 er en forgrenet eller ligekædet alkylgruppe med fra 4 til 22 carbonatomer, fra 8 til 18 carbonatomer eller en blanding af alkylgrupper med en gennemsnitlig vær-dii inden for det givne område; sug er en glucoserest; og u er fra 1 til 5 eller fra 1 til 3.

16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 15, hvor glyphosatkoncen-tratsammensætningen har koncentration af overfladeaktivt stof på fra 2,5 vægt-% til 10 vægt-%.
17. Tankblandingssammensætning omfattende: en blanding af monobasiske og dibasiske salte af glyphosat, hvor molforholdet af monobasisk glyphosatsalt til dibasisk glyphosatsalt er fra 1:1 til 3:1; et eller flere salte af dicamba; fortyndingsvand; og et overfladeaktivt stof, hvor tankblandingssammensætningen haren samlet ukrudtsmiddelkoncentration på ikke mere end 10 vægtprocent a.e. og en pH-værdi på fra 5,2 til 5,8, og hvor det overfladeaktive stof er valgt fra gruppen bestående af: (1) et kvaternært ammoniumsalt med formlen (I):
hvor R1 er hydrocarbyl eller substitueret hydrocarbyl med 1 til 30 carbonatomer; R2 i hver af grupperne (R2O)x og (R2O)y uafhængigt er C2-C4-alkylen; R3 er hydrogen eller en lineær eller forgrenet alkylgruppe med fra 1 til 4 carbona-
tomer; R4 er hydrocarbyl eller substitueret hydrocarbyl med fra 1 til 30 carbonatomer; x og y uafhængigt er et gennemsnitligt tal fra 1 til 40; og X" er en landbrugsmæssigt acceptabel anion; (2) en alkoxvleret tertiær etheramin med formlen (II):

18. Tankblandingssammensætning ifølge krav 17, hvor glyphosatsaltet omfatter monoethanolaminsaltet, kaliumsaltet eller blandinger deraf.
