Claims (15)
1. Tørret god opblanding, der omfatter en bakteriespore og en L-aminosyre, hvor bakteriesporen og L-aminosyren tørres sammen, således at bakteriesporen og L-aminosyren holdes i en nær position, indtil de når et miljø, der er gunstigt for spiring.
2. Opblanding ifølge krav 1, hvor sporen er valgt fra gruppen bestående af B. alcalophilus, B. alvei, B. amyloliquefaciens, B. aneurinolyticus, B. anthracis, B. aquaemaris, B. atrophaeus, B. boronophilus, B. brevis, B. caldolyyicus, B. centrosporus, B. cereus, B. circulans, B. clausii, B. coagulans, B. firmus, B. flavothermus, B. fusiformis, B. globigii, B. infemus, B larvae, B. laterosporus, B. lentus, B. lentimorbus, B. licheniformis, B. megaterium, B. mesentericus, B. mucilaginosus, B. mycoides, B. natto, B. pantothenicus, B. popilliae, B. polymyxa, B. pseudoanthracis, B. pumilus, B. schlegelii, B. simplex, B. sphaericus, B. sporothermodurans, B. stearothermophilus, B. subtilis, B. thermoglucosidasius, B. thuringiensis, B. vulgatis, B. weihenstephanensis, C. thermocellum, C. Ijungdahlii, C. acetobutylicum, C. beijerinckii, C. butyricum, Pasteuria penetrans, Pasteuria thornei, Pasteuria nishizawae og Streptomyces spp.
3. Opblanding ifølge krav 1, hvor L-aminosyren er valgt fra gruppen bestående af L-alanin, L-valin, L-prolin, L-leucin, L-cystein, L-threonin, L-glutamin, L-asparagin, L-phenylalanin og analoger deraf.
4. Opblanding ifølge krav 1, hvor sådan opblanding fremstilles ved spraytørring, frysetørring, lufttørring eller tromletørring.
5. Opblanding ifølge krav 1, hvor sporen er valgt fra gruppen bestående af B. subtilis, B. amyloliquefaciens, B. lichenif ormis, B. megaterium og B. pumilus; og L-aminosyren er valgt fra gruppen bestående af L-alanin, L-valin og L-asparagin.
6. Opblanding ifølge krav 1, hvor L-aminosyren er formuleret, før tørring, til koncentrationer fra 0,0003 mg/ml til 170 mg/ml.
7. Sammensætning, der omfatter den tørrede gode opblanding ifølge krav 1.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor en sådan opblanding fremstilles ved spraytørring, frysetørring, lufttørring eller tromletørring.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor en sådan sammensætning endvidere omfatter en enterisk coating.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor sporen er valgt fra gruppen bestående af B. subtilis, B. amyloliquefaciens, B. licheniformis, B. megaterium og B. pumilus; og L-aminosyren er valgt fra gruppen bestående af L-alanin, L-valin og L-asparagin.
11. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en tørret god opblanding, der omfatter en bakteriespore og en L-aminosyre, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: a) fremstilling af en opløsning, der omfatter en bakteriespore og en L-aminosyre; og b) tørring af opløsningen for at opnå en tørret god opblanding, der omfatter en bakteriespore og en L-aminosyre, hvor bakteriesporen og L-aminosyren holdes i en nær position, indtil de når et miljø, der er gunstigt for spiring.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor tørringen er spraytørring, frysetørring, lufttørring eller tromletørring.
13. 15. Tørret god opblanding fremstillet ved hjælp af fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 11.
