Claims (11)

1. Forbindelse med formel 2:
formel II til anvendelse i behandlingen af fokal segmental glomerulosclerose; hvor Ri og R2, der kan være den samme eller forskellig, er valgt fra gruppen bestående af Ci til C10 alkyl, C3 til C10 cycloalkyl, C3 til C10 cycloalkylmethyl, C3 til C10 alken, C3 til C10 alkyn og en kæde indeholdende en heterocyklisk eller kondenseret ring, der hver eventuelt kan være substitueret; Xi og X2 er den samme eller forskellig og er valgt fra gruppen bestående af en binding, O, N og S; T er en enkelt- eller dobbeltbinding; R3 er valgt fra gruppen bestående af H, C3 til C10 alken, C3 til C10 alkyn og en kæde indeholdende en heterocyklisk eller kondenseret ring, der hver eventuelt kan være substitueret; R4 er valgt fra gruppen bestående af H, OH, OR6, NHR6 og NR6R7; R5 er valgt fra gruppen bestående af H, NHR6, NR6R7, ORs, halogen, C3 til C10 alken, C3 til C10 alkyn og en kæde bestående af en heterocyklisk eller kondenseret ring, der hver eventuelt kan være substitueret; R6 og R7, der kan være den samme eller forskellig, er valgt fra gruppen bestående af H, Ci til C10 alkyl, C3 til C10 cycloalkyl, C3 til C10 cycloalkylmethyl, C3 til C10 alken, C3 til C10 alkyn, aryl, Cs til C20 alkaryl, og en carbonhydridkæde indeholdende en heterocyklisk eller kondenseret ring, der hver eventuelt kan være substitueret;
Rs er valgt fra gruppen bestående af H, Ci til Cio alkyl, C3 til Cio cycloalkyl, C3 til Cio cycloalkylmethyl, C3 til Cio alken, C3 til Cio alkyn, aryl, Cs til C20 alkaryl, og en carbonhydridkæde indeholdende en heterocyklisk eller kondenseret ring, der hver eventuelt kan være substitueret; og n er et heltal mellem 0 og 4; eller farmaceutisk acceptable salte deraf; med det forbehold at når Xi og X2 begge er O eller en binding, og ét af Ri eller R2 er Ci til C4 alkyl, er den anden af Ri eller R2 C4 til Cio alkyl, C3 til Cio cycloalkyl, C3 til Cio cycloalkylmethyl, C3 til Cio alkyn, eller en kæde indeholdende en heterocyklisk eller kondenseret ring; and med det forbehold at forbindelsen ikke er Tranilast.
2. Forbindelse til anvendelse ifølge krav 1 med formlen 3:
formel III hvor R9 eller Rio, der kan være den samme eller forskellig, er valgt fra gruppen bestående af Ci til Cio alkyl, C3 til Cs terminal eller ikke-terminal alkyn, cyclopentyl, cyclohexyl, cyclohexylmethyl, og cyclopentylmethyl; eller farmaceutisk acceptable salte deraf; med det forbehold at når én af R9 eller Rio er Ci til C4 alkyl, er den anden af R9 eller Rio C4 til Cio alkyl, C3 til Cio cycloalkyl, C3 til Cio cycloalkylmethyl, C3 til Cio alkyn eller og en kæde indeholdende en heterocyklisk eller kondenseret ring, hvilke som helst eventuelt er substitueret; og med det forbehold at forbindelsen ikke er Tranilast.
3. Forbindelsen til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor Xi og X2 er O.
4. Forbindelsen til anvendelse ifølge krav 3, hvor Ri eller R2 er methyl.
5. Forbindelsen til anvendelse ifølge krav 4, hvor R3 er H.
6. Forbindelsen til anvendelse ifølge krav 3, hvor Ri eller R2 er en alkyn eller en kæde indeholdende triazol.
7. Forbindelse til anvendelse ifølge krav 1 med formlen 4 eller formel 5:
