Claims (12)
1. Fiberresinkompositmateriale indeholdende mindst et termohærdende resin såvel som mindst en fikseret og/eller stabiliseret fiberstruktur fra et fiberholdigt materiale valgt fra gruppen bestående af: • glasfibre, • kulstoffibre, • mineralfibre, • syntetiske fibre, • blandinger heraf og et middel til dets fiksering og stabilisering, kendetegnet ved at midlet til fiksering og stabilisering er mindst et statistisk co-polyester som er dannet af de følgende komponenter: fra 55 til 100 mol% terephtalsyre, fra 0 til 45 mol% isophthalsyre, fra 35 til 75 mol% butandiol, fra 15 til 35 mol% diethylenglycol, fra 10 til 30 mol% triethylenglycol, hvor summen af de molære andele af terephtalsyre og butandiol maksimalt udgør 150 mol% i forhold til de samlede disyre- og diolmængder på 100 mol% hver.
2. Fiberresinkompositmateriale ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at det mindst ene statistiske co-polyester er dannet af de følgende komponenter: fra 70 til 100 mol%, fortrinsvis fra 85 til 100 mol% terephtalsyre, fra 0 til 30 mol%, fortrinsvis fra 0 til 15 mol% isophthalsyre; fra 45 til 65 mol%, fortrinsvis fra 47 til 57 mol% butandiol; fra 20 til 30 mol%, fortrinsvis fra 23 til 28 mol% diethylenglycol; fra 15 til 25 mol%, fortrinsvis fra 20 til 25 mol% triethylenglycol, hvor summen af de molære andele af terephtalsyre og butandiol maksimalt udgør 150 mol% i forhold til de samlede diasyre- og diolmængder på 100 mol% hver.
3. Fiberresinkompositmateriale ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at det mindst ene co-polyester har en smelteviskositet, målt i henhold til ISO/DIN 1133, ved 160°C og en belastning på 2,16 kg, i området fra 100 til 3000 Pas, fortrinsvis fra 100 til 600 Pas, i særdeleshed fortrinsvis fra 120 til 500 Pas, og meget i særdeleshed fortrinsvis fra 150 til 300 Pas.
5. Fiberresinkompositmateriale ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved at det mindst ene co-polyester er til stede som fikseringstråd og har en smelteviskositet, målt i henhold til ISO/DIN 1133, ved 160°C og en belastning på 2,16 kg, i området fra 1000 til 3000 Pas, fortrinsvis fra 1500 til 2500 Pas, og i særdeleshed fortrinsvis fra 1700 til 2200 Pas.
6. Fiberresinkompositmateriale ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at det mindst ene co-polyester har et smeltepunkt, målt i henhold til ISO 11357 med en opvarmningshastighed på 20 K/min, i området fra 60 til 160°C, fortrinsvis fra 70 til 150°C, og i særdeleshed fortrinsvis fra 90 til 140°C.
7. Fiberresinkompositmateriale ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at det fiberholdige materiale er et ensrettet filament eller et fladt fiberholdigt materiale fra gruppen af væv, fleece, strikkede net, strikkede tekstiler, uvævet eller kombinationer deraf.
8. Fiberresinkompositmateriale ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at det mindst ene termohærdende resin er et epoxy-resin.
9. Fiberresinkompositmateriale ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at fiberresinkompositmaterialet har en styrke i interlaminar forskydningsstyrketest på mindst 55 MPa, fortrinsvis på mindst 60 MPa, ved en målingstemperatur på 23°C.
10. Fiberresinkompositmateriale ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at fiberresinkompositmaterialet har en resttrykstyrke i testen af resttrykstyrke efter slagpåvirkning (CAI) på mindst 185 MPa, fortrinsvis på mindst 210 MPa, og i særdeleshed fortrinsvis på mindst 245 MPa.
11. Fiberkompositmateriale ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at fiberkompositmaterialet kan anvendes i områderne af sport, fritid, maskinindustri, elektronik, konstruktion, medikoteknik, trafik- og transportmiddel, og luft- og rum-teknik.
12. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et fiberkompositmateriale ifølge et af de foregående krav i hvilket det mindst ene middel til fiksering og stabilisering af det fiberholdige materiale påføres på det fiberholdige materiale med pulvercoating, pastacoating eller spredningscoating eller som en pasta, suspension, folie, net, uvævet, fikserede uvævede eller vævede tekstiler eller sprøjtet smeltemasse og hvor en fiksering af fiberstrukturen efterfølgende finder sted med effekten af temperatur og/eller tryk.
