Claims (14)

1. Fremgangsmåde ti! coating a hydroxylerede overflader af et materiale med mindst ét acyleringsreagens for at tilvejebringe acyigrupper på overfladen af materialet, hvor fremgangsmåden er en tør proces, og hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter følgende trin a) der tilvejebringes et materiale bestående af plantefiber i form af et pulver, b) der tilvejebringes mindst ét reagens, som er valgt fra et acyleringsreagens, som er valgt fra gruppen af forbindelser med formlen
hvor X er valgt fra gruppen bestående af ® et halogen, • OTf, • Oms, • blandet kuisyreanhydrid, • blandet anhydrid, • imidazolium, hvor Rt, R2 og R3 af acyieringsreagenset er valgt blandt H, aryi-, alkyl- og alke-nylgrupper med en molekylvægt på mindre end 150; og n=G-3, c) ptantefibermateriaiet bringes i kontakt med mindst ét af acyieringsreagenseme, hvor reagenset holdes i gasfase, og d) der opnås et materiale, som på overfladen omfatter kovalent -O-bundne rester, der omfatter en acylgruppe.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor R1; R2 og Rs af acyieringsreagenset er valgt blandt H, C^-alkyl og C^-alkenyl.
3. Frémgårigsmåde iføige et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor X er valgt fra gruppen bestående af • et halogen, ® blandet kuisyreanhydrid og ® blandet anhydrid.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ef hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor acylerings-reagensef er valgt fra gruppen med formlen
hvor X = F, C! eller Br, og - H elfer CH3.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor reagenserne er methacryloylchlorid (C4HsCIO) og/eller acryloylchiorid (C3H3CIO).
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor kontakten af reagenset eller reagenserne med materialet i trin c) er en tør proces.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor acylerings-reagenset eller -reagenserne omdannes til en gas, som i en bærergas styres forbi materialet i et tidsrum, der er tilstrækkeligt til at overfladecoate materialet.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor bærergassen er valgt fra gruppen bestående af nitrogen, oxygen og argon.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor HCi, som produceres under den proces, hvor acylgruppen forbindes til plantefibermaterialet, fjernes.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvor HCI opfanges af zeolit.
11. Fremgangsmåde Ifølge krav 1 til fremstilling af et materiale, som er kovalent -O-bundet til
hvor Rt og R2 uafhængigt er valgt fra gruppen bestående af -H, Cr3-alkyl og Ci..r alkenyi, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin a) der tilvejebringes et materiale bestående af plantefiber i form af et pulver. b) der tilvejebringes en forbindelse med formlen
hvor Ri og R2 uafhængigt er valgt fra gruppen bestående af -H, G^-alkyl og Gi.s-alkenyi, og R3 er valgt fra gruppen bestående af halogenid eller alkylhalo-genid, c) plantefibermaterialet, som omfatter cellulose, bringes i kontakt med forbindelsen med formlen
hvor forbindelsen holdes i gasfase.
12. Fremgangsmåde tit fremstilling af et polymernetværk, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin a. der fremstilles et coatet plantefibermateriale ved fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 ti! 11, og b. det coatede plantefibermateriale forankres ti! polymernetværk, som dannes ved radikalpolymerisationer eller anion- eller kationkataiyserede ringåbningspolyme-risationer.
13. Fremgangsmåde tii fremstilling af et produkt, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin a. der fremstilles et coatet materiale ved fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 11. og b. materialet blandes med en plast; og c. det formes til et produkt.
14. Overfladecoatet materiale, hvor materialet overfladecoates ved fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 11.
15. Genstand, som er fremstillet ud fra et overfladecoatet materiale ifølge krav 14. 16 Genstand ifølge krav 15, hvor genstanden er vandtæt.
17. Genstand ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 15 ti! 16, hvor genstanden er valgt fra gruppen bestående af beholdere, konstruktionsmaterialer, møbler, Indre indretninger til bilindustrien og levnedsmiddeiophevaringsmaieriale.
