Claims (20)
1. Phytase, der har mindst 85 % identitet med SEQ ID NO: 2 og har en forbedret termostabilitet angivet som residualaktivitet, der er bestemt ved opdeling af en fermenteringssupernatant i to dele, hvor den ene del inkuberes i 30 minutter ved 60 °C og den anden del i 30 minutter ved 5 °C, hvorefter aktiviteten i begge bestemmes på p-nitrophenylphosphat ved 37 °C og pH 5,5, hvor phytasens residualaktivitet er aktiviteten i prøven, der er blevet inkuberet ved 60 °C, divideret med aktiviteten i den samme prøve, der er blevet inkuberet ved 5°C, hvor phytasens residualaktivitet er mindst 120% af residualaktiviteten af referencephytasen SEQ ID NO: 2 målt under de samme betingelser, og som omfatter mindst én ændring sammenlignet med SEQ ID NO: 2 i mindst én position, der er udvalgt blandt følgende: G52C/A99C, K141C/V199C, G59C/F100C, Q91C/W46C, N31C/E176C, N31C/T177C og/eller S162C/S247C, hvor graden af identitet mellem sekvenser bestemmes ved hjælp af programmet "Needle" ved anvendelse af substitutionsmatrixen BLOSUM62, idet gap-åbningsstraffen er 10, og gap-forlængelsesstraffen er 0,5.

14. Sammensætning ifølge krav 13, der yderligere omfatter mindst ét enzym, der er udvalgt fra følgende gruppe af enzymer: amylase, phytase, phosphatase, xylanase, galactanase, alfa-galactosidase, protease, phospholipase og/eller beta-glucanase.
15. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 13-14, der er et tilsætningsstof til dyrefoder.
16. Dyrefodersammensætning, der har et råproteinindhold på 50 til 800 g/kg og omfatter phytasen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5 eller sammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 13-15.
17. Fremgangsmåde til forbedring af ernæringsværdien af et dyrefoder, hvor phytasen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5 eller sammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 13-15 tilsættes til foderet.
18. Fremgangsmåde til reducering af phytatniveauer i dyregødning, der omfatter fodring af et dyr med en effektiv mængde af foderet ifølge krav 16.
