Claims (16)
1. Isoleringspanel (1) til indsætning mellem forbindelsesprofiler (2) i et skelet af et isolerende byggesystem til en udvendig bygningskonstruktion, hvilket isoleringspanel (1) er en mineraluldsplade, som omfatter i det væsentlige parallelle første og anden hovedflader med i det væsentlige parallelle, modsatstillede første og anden profilkontaktsider og i det væsentlige parallelle, modsatstillede tredje og fjerde sider mellem hovedfladerne, hvor den første og den anden profilkontaktside er forsynet med en langsgående spalte, som i det væsentlige er parallel med den første hovedflade i en forudbestemt afstand derfra, således at den første og anden profilkontaktside er forsynet med en profilvederlagsdel og en profiltildækningsdel, hvor profiltildækningsdelen på isoleringspanelets side omfatter en komprimerbar bøjezone (5), hvilket isoleringspanel er kendetegnet ved, at bøjezonen (5) ved kompression under fremstillingen er gjort mindre stiv end resten af panelet i den del, der strækker sig ud over vederlagsdelen, og dermed gjort bøjelig i den zone for at sikre en tæt panel-til-panel-tilpasning omkring en forbindelsesprofil (2) til opnåelse af bedre varmeisolering; og hvor isoleringspanelet er lastbærende og fremstillet af mineralfiberuldmateriale med en densitet på mellem 60 og 100 kg/m3, og ved at isoleringspanelet har et kompressionselasticitetsmodul på mindst 500 kPa ved måling parallelt med isoleringspanelets bredde.
2. Isoleringspanel ifølge krav 1, hvor profiltildækningsdelen strækker sig ud over vederlagsdelen på mindst én af isoleringspanelets (1) sidekanter.
3. Isoleringspanel ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor isoleringspanelet (1) er forsynet med en konstruktion med dobbeltdensitet, således at densiteten for isoleringspanelet mellem profiltildækningsdelene på de to kontaktsider er højere end densiteten for isoleringspanelet mellem profilvederlagsdelene på de to kontaktsider.
4. Isoleringspanel ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor isoleringspanelet har en samlet tykkelse på mellem 75 og 500 mm.
5. Isoleringspanel ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor mindst profilvederlagsdelene på kontaktsiderne er forsynet med et adhæsivlag til sammenklæbning med profilen (2).
6. Isoleringspanel ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor der også er anbragt spalter i top- og/eller bundsidekanterne med henblik på at modtage en flange af top- og/eller bundrammeprofiler i bygningskonstruktionen til fastholdelse af isoleringspanelet deri.
7. Isoleringspanel ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvor hvert isoleringspanel (1) består af én isoleringsblok.
8. Isoleringspanel ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor hvert isoleringspanel (1) omfatter to eller flere isoleringsblokke, som er anbragt i en opstablet og/eller lagdelt konfiguration.
9. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et isoleringspanel (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: • tilvejebringelse af et isoleringspanel (1) med i det væsentlige parallelle første og anden hovedflader med i det væsentlige parallelle, modsatstillede første og anden profilkontaktsider og i det væsentlige parallelle, modsatstillede tredje og fjerde sider mellem hovedfladerne; • tilvejebringelse af en spalte langs med den første kontaktside i en forudbestemt afstand fra den første hovedflade og i det væsentlige parallelt med den første hovedflade, således at kontaktsiden er forsynet med en profilvederlagsdel og en profiltildækningsdel; • fjernelse af materiale fra vederlagsdelen på kontaktsiden, således at profiltildækningsdelen strækker sig ud over vederlagsdelen på kontaktsiden; og • komprimering af den udstrakte profiltildækningsdel til tilvejebringelse af en bøjezone (5), som er mindre stiv end resten af panelet, i profiltildækningsdelen på den første kontaktside.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvor fremgangsmådens trin gentages for mindst den anden kontaktside af isoleringspanelet og fortrinsvis også for den tredje og fjerde kontaktside deraf.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9 eller 10, hvor trinnene i det væsentlige udføres på samme tid, og/eller hvor trinnene udføres sekventielt.
12. Apparat til udførelse af en fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9-11, hvilket apparat omfatter: en i det væsentlige plan arbejdsflade (10) med en i det væsentlige perpendikulær styringsflange (11) til modtagelse af et isoleringspanel (1), som er forskydeligt på fladen (10) langs med styringsflangen (11), idet et isoleringspanels side er i kontakt med flangen (11); et første middel (12), såsom et skære- eller slibemiddel, til tilvejebringelse af en spalte (13) i siden på isoleringspanelet (1), hvilket middel er anbragt på styringsflangen (11); et andet middel (14), såsom et skære- eller slibemiddel, til fjernelse af isoleringsmateriale (15) fra vederlagsdelen på isoleringspanelets (1) kontaktside; og et bearbejdningsmiddel (16) til komprimering af den udstrakte profiltildækningsdel til tilvejebringelse af en bøjezone (5), som er mindre stiv end resten af panelet, i profiltildækningsdelen på den første kontaktside i isoleringspanelet (1).
13. Apparat ifølge krav 12, hvor det første middel (12) omfatter et roterende skæreblad, som i det væsentlige er anbragt parallelt med arbejdsfladen i en forudbestemt afstand fra fladen.
14. Apparat ifølge krav 12, hvor det andet middel (14) omfatter et slibeværktøj til fjernelse af materiale (15) fra isoleringspanelets sidekant.
15. Apparat ifølge krav 12, hvor bearbejdningsmidlet (16) omfatter en kompressionsvalse.
16. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 12-15, hvor det første middel (12), det andet middel (14) og bearbejdningsmidlet (16) er anbragt med et fælles drivmiddel, såsom en fælles drivaksel.
