Claims (19)

1. Fremgangsmåde til at fremstille en i al væsentlighed vandig pigmentdis-pergering i al væsentlighed uden et organisk bindemiddel omfattende at blande mindst én vandopløselig eller vanddispergerbar silanforbindelse og colloidale silicapartikler til at danne silaniserede colloidale silicapartikler i en vandig dis-pergering, hvor nævnte mindst ene silanforbindelse er blandet med colloidale silicapartikler i et vægtforhold silan til silica fra ca. 0,25 til ca. 1,5, blande nævnte silaniserede colloidale silicapartikler med et organisk og/eller uorganisk pigment, hvor vægtforholdet silica til pigment er fra. ca. 0,02 til ca. 0,8, til dannelse af nævnte i al væsentlighed vandige pigmentdispergering.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor pigmentet har en partikelstørrelse, som ligger i området fra ca. 10 til ca. 5000 nm.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor pigmentindholdet i dispergerin-gen er fra ca. 25 til ca. 85 vægt%.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 3, hvor pigmentet er Ti02.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 4, hvor vægtforholdet silica til pigment ligger i området fra ca. 0,02 til ca. 0,4.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 5, hvor vægtforholdet silan til silica er fra. 0,3 til ca. 1,5.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 6, hvor den vandige dis-pergering indeholder op til ca. 20 volumen% af et vandopløseligt eller vanddis-pergeringsdygtigt organisk opløsningsmiddel.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 1 til 7, hvor tilsætningen af et organisk bindemiddel er sådan, at den opnåede dispergering indeholder mindre end ca. 1 vægt% heraf.
9. Vandig pigmentdispergering i al væsentlighed uden et organisk bindemiddel omfattende silaniserede colloidale silicapartikler, hvor vægtforholdet silan til silica i pigmentdispergeringen er fra ca. 0,25 til ca. 1,5, og et organisk og/eller uorganisk pigment, hvor vægtforholdet silica til pigment er fra ca. 0,02 til ca. 0,8.
10. Dispergering ifølge krav 9, hvor pigmentet har en partikelstørrelse i området fra ca. 10 til ca. 5000 nm.
11. Dispergering ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 9 til 10, hvor vægtforholdet silan til silica er fra 0,3 til ca. 1,5.
12. Dispergering ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 9 til 11, hvor vægtforholdet silica til pigment er fra ca. 0,02 til ca. 0,4.
13. Dispergering ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 9 til 12, hvor silicaindholdet i dis-pergeringen er fra ca. 1 til ca. 80 vægt%.
14. Dispergering ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 9 til 13, hvor pigmentindholdet i dispergeringen er fra ca. 25 til ca. 85 vægt%.
15. Dispergering ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 9 til 14, hvor pigmentet er uorganisk.
16. Dispergering ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 19 eller 15, hvor pigmentet er Ti02.
17. Dispergering ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 9 til 16, hvor dispergeringen har et indhold af organisk bindemiddel, som er mindre end ca. 1 vægt%.
18. Anvendelse af en dispergering ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 9 til 17, hvor dispergeringen anvendes i overtræksanvendelser.
19. Anvendelse af en dispergering ifølge et vilkårligt af kravene 9 til 17, hvor dispergeringen anvendes til at reducere bobledannelse.
