Claims (8)
1. Fermenteringsmedium, der indeholder en basisk aminosyre, der kan opnås ved dyrkning afen mikroorganisme, der har en evne til at producere den basiske aminosyre i et væskeformigt medium underen aerob betingelse, eller et koncentrat deraf, hvor fermenteringsmediet og koncentratet deraf indeholder hydrogencarbonat-ioner og/eller carbonat-ioner som modioner af kationer hovedsageligt bestående af den basiske aminosyre i et normalitetsforhold på 5 % til 80 %, hvilket forhold udregnes i henhold til den følgende ligning: normalitetsforhold = [normalitet af hydrogencarbonat-ioner og/eller carbonat-ioner] / [normalitet af kationer hovedsageligt bestående af basisk aminosyre] x 100.
2. Fermenteringsmediet, der indeholder en basisk aminosyre eller koncentratet deraf ifølge krav 1, hvor den basiske aminosyre består af en eller flere typer af aminosyrer valgt fra L-lysin, L-arginin og L-histidin.
3. Fermenteringsmediet, der indeholder en basisk aminosyre eller koncentratet deraf ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 og 2, hvor mikroorganismen er coryneform-bakterie eller Escherichia coli.
4. Fermenteringsmediet, der indeholder en basisk aminosyre eller koncentratet deraf ifølge krav 3, hvor coryneform-bakterien er Corynebacterium glutamicum.
5. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af fermenteringsmediet, der indeholder en basisk aminosyre ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4 ved fermentering, omfattende trinnet at dyrke en mikroorganisme, der har en evne til at producere den basiske aminosyre i et væskeformigt medium under en aerob betingelse for at producere og akkumulere den basiske aminosyre i mediet, hvor: pH af mediet reguleres til at være 6,5-9,0 under dyrkningen, og 7,2-9,0 ved afslutningen af dyrkningen, og en dyrkningsperiode, hvor 2 g/L eller mere af hydrogencarbonat-ioner og/eller carbonat-ioner findes i mediet, sikres under dyrkningen ved at regulere trykket i en fermenteringstank til at være et positivt tryk under fermenteringen eller ved at tilføre carbondioxidgas eller en blandet gas, der indeholder carbondioxidgas, til mediet, hvor trykket i fermenteringstanken er 0,03-0,2 MPa, således at hydrogencarbonat-ionerne og/eller carbonat-ionerne fungerer som modioner af kationer hovedsageligt bestående af den basiske aminosyre.
6. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 5, hvor den basiske aminosyre består af en eller flere typer af aminosyrer valgt fra L-lysin, L-arginin og L-histidin.
7. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 og 6, hvor mikroorganismen er coryneform-bakterie eller Escherichia coli.
8. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 7, hvor coryneform-bakterien er Corynebacterium glutamicum.
