Claims (11)
1. Fremgangsmåde til separering af glas og plastfolie fra allerede findelt lamineret glas, omfattende behandling af findelt materiale, der føres gennem mindst et proces-trin, - hvor der i et første procestrin i mindst ét første kammer sker bearbejdning af det findelte materiale med roterende slagler, - hvor der i kammeret sker en separering af tungere, partikel formede materialer, der falder gennem en perforeret sektion i bunden af kammeret og føres bort i en separat kanal, - at der gennem det første kammer frembringes en luftstrøm for bortføring af lettere, især folieagtige materialer mod en åbning, der befinder sig i afstand fra det første kammers bund.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at luft indføres gennem et luftindtag i siden af det første kammer, hen over det perforerede element og videre gennem åbningen i afstand fra det første kammers bund,
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at luftstrømmen gennem åbningen frembringes eller i det mindste støttes af en vingerotor, som er anbragt i et andet kammer tilstødende det første kammer, og hvis rotationsakse peger mod åbningen, og hvor lette, folieagtige materialer med luftstrømmen føres ud af det andet kammer gennem mindst en anden åbning i siden af det andet kammer.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at de lette, folieagtige materialer i et andet procestrin vaskes og behandles mekanisk ved roterende fremføring i vand.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at de lette, folieagtige materialer i et yderligere procestrin føres skråt opad gennem en snegletransportør i et rør under samtidig gennemskylning af vand, idet vandet fraføres sneg- letransportøren gennem en perforeret sektion af undersiden af snegletransportørens rør.
6. Anlæg til separering af glas og plastfolie fra allerede findelt lamineret glas, omfattende et hovedsagelig cylindrisk kaminer med gennemgående, i det væsentlige vandret forløbende, roterbar aksel,· der har slagler anbragt svingeligt ved enden af arme, der forløber i det væsentlige radiært ud fra akslen, hvilke arme er placeret indbyrdes, så de danner et hovedsagelig skrueformet forløb langs akslen, hvor kammeret er forsynet med indløb for findelt materiale ved sin ene ende og separate udløb for separerede materialer ved sin anden ende, idet et første udløb for tungere, især partikelformet, materiale findes som en perforeret sektion af kammerets bund og et andet udløb for lettere, især folieagtigt, materiale findes i form af en åbning i afstand fra kammerets bund, og hvor der findes midler til at frembringe en luftstrøm ud af kammeret gennem åbningen.
7. Anlæg ifølge krav 6, hvor midlerne til at frembringe en luftstrøm ud af kammeret gennem åbningen omfatter en vingerotor eller ventilatorhjul, som er anbragt i et andet kammer tilstødende det første kammer, og hvis rotationsakse peger mod åbningen, hvor åbningen findes i en væg, der adskiller det første og det andet kammer, således at lette materialer med luftstrømmen kan føres ud af det andet kammer gennem mindst en anden åbning, der findes i det andet kammers side.
8. Anlæg ifølge krav 6 eller 7, hvor midlerne til at frembringe en luftstrøm ud af det første kammer gennem åbningen omfatter mindst et luftindtag, der er anbragt i det første kammers side, og som tillader luft at suges ind i det første kammer og føres mod åbningen i afstand fra det første kammers bund.
9. Anlæg ifølge krav 8, hvor der ved luftindtaget er anbragt gællelignende ledeplader for luft på sådan måde, at luftstrømmen kan rettes opad langs siden af det første kammer.
10. Anlæg ifølge ethvert af krav 6 - 9, hvor der til behandling aflette materialer, der er behandlet i det første og andet kammer, findes en vasketromle, som er anbragt i det væsentlige vandret, og som er forsynet med et snegleformet fremførings- og vaskeorgan med radiære vingeblade til omrøring og mekanisk behandling af materialerne i et vandbad under fremføring af materialer fra en indgangsåbning i den ene ende til en afgangsåbning i den anden ende,
11. Anlæg ifølge ethvert af krav 6-10, hvor der til behandling aflette materialer, der mindst er behandlet i det første og andet kammer, findes en skråt opad forløbende og i et yderrør monteret snegletransportør, hvor akslen, der bærer sneglen, er hul og perforeret over det meste af sin længde for tilførsel af procesvand under drift, idet materialer kan føres opad fra transportørens nederste ende til dens øverste ende, og hvor yderrøret har et perforeret området langs i det mindste en del af sin underside, hvilket perforerede område er omgivet af et kanalelement, som er tilsluttet en ledning for bortføring af brugt procesvand til en bundfældningstank.
