Claims (21)
1. Sammensætning omfattende i det mindste en polyurethanpræpolymer A med isocyanatslutgrupper fremstillet af i det mindste et polyisocyanat med i det mindste en polyol Al og i givet fald i det mindste en polyol A2 som specificeret nedenfor: Al: lineær polyoxyalkylenpolyol med en umættethedsgrad på <0.02 mEq/g; A2: polyol i en mængde på 0 - 30 vægt-%, fortrinsvis 0-20 vægt-%, navnlig 0-10 vægt-%, baseret på den totale mængde af A1+A2; og - i det mindste en polyaldimin B.
2. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at polyolen Al har en molekylvægt på 2'000 - 30'000 g/mol, navnlig 2'000 -20'000 g/mol.
3. Sammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at umættethedsgraden for polyolen Al er <0,017 mEq/g.
4. Sammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at polyolen Al er en polyol fremstillet ved hjælp af DMC-katalyse.
5. Sammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at polyolen Al er en polyoxypropylendiol eller en EO-endcapped polyoxypropylendiol.
6. Sammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at polyolen A2 er en polyoxyalkylenpolyol med en umættethedsgrad på >0,04 mEq/mol.
7. Sammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at polyolen A2 er en polyoxyalkylenpolyol med en molekylvægt på 400 - 2.000 g/mol.
8. Sammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at polyolen A2 er en polyoxyalkylenpolyol med en OH-funktionalitet på større end 2 og op til ca. 3.
9. Sammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at polyolen A2 er udvalgt af en gruppe, som omfatter følgende: 1,2-ethandiol, 1,2- og 1,3-propandiol, neopentylglykol, diethylenglykol, triethylenglykol, de isomere dipropylenglykoler og tripropylenglykoler, de isomere butandioler, pentandioler, hexandioler, heptandioler, octandioler, nonandioler, decandioler, undecandioler, 1,3- og 1,4-cyclohexandimethanol, hydreret bisphenol A, 1,1,1-trimethylolethan, 1,1,1-trimethylolpropan og glycerin.
10. Sammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at polyisocyanatet er et diisocyanat.
11. Sammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den aldehyd, der ligger til grund for polyaldimin B, i α-stilling i forhold til carbonylgruppen ikke har nogen C-H-gruppering.
12. Sammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at polyurethanpræpolymer A og polyaldimin B er til stede i forholdet 0,1 - 1,1 ækvivalent aldimin-grupperinger pr. ækvivalent isocyanatgrupper.
13. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af sammensætningen ifølge et af kravene 1-12 omfattende et trin til fremstilling af en polyaldimin ved hjælp af omsætning af en aldehyd med en amin på hidtil kendt måde.
14. Anvendelse af sammensætningen ifølge et af kravene 1-12 som klæbemiddel, tætningsmiddel, belægning eller coating.
15. Anordning, kendetegnet ved, at den indeholder en sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1-12.
16. Artikel, hvis overflade i det mindste delvist er bragt i kontakt med en sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1-12.
17. Fremgangsmåde til sammenklæbning, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter et trin med kontaktering med en sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1-12.
18. Fremgangsmåde til tætning, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter et trin med kontaktering med en sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1-12.
19. Fremgangsmåde til belægning, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter et trin med kontaktering med en sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1-12.
