Description

  • Strichziehvorrichtung Die Erfindung stellt eine weitere Ausbildung der Strichziehvorrichtung nach Patent 821 474 dar. Die Vorrichtung nach diesem Patent ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer Blechgabel mit Holzgriff eine Strichziehwalze verschiebbar und eine Farbverteilungswalze fest gelagert ist, daß auf der Blechgabel ein Farbbehälter mit einer Kugel, welche durch eine Flachfeder gehalten wird, befestigt ist und die Strichziehwalze aus weichen, auf eine Holzrolle aufgezogenen Gummi- oder Lederringen in verschiedenen Breiten hergestellt ist, wobei die Strichziehwalze auch gemustert sein kann.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist an dem Farbbehälter eine an beiden Enden abgerundete oder abgeschrägte drehbare Rolle vorgesehen, die durch eine Flachfeder gehalten wird und die Farbe aus dem Farbbehälter auf die Strichziehwalze überträgt. Weiterhin können zum Ziehen mehrerer oder breiterer Striche an dem in Zellen geteilten Farbbehälter auch mehrere Kugeln oder abgerundete oder abgeschrägte Rollen oder eine längere Walze drehbar befestigt sein, die ebenfalls durch eine Flachfeder gehalten werden und die Farbe aus dem Farbbehälter auf die Strichziehwalze übertragen.
  • Bei Gebrauch des Strichziehers wird die verschiebbar gelagerte Strichziehwalze gegen die Kugel oder Rolle gedrückt, welche im Farbbehälter federnd gelagert ist. Es entweicht die Farbe aus dem Behälter, fließt auf die Strichziehwalze und wird von der Verteilungswalze gleichmäßig auf die Strichziehwalze verteilt.

Claims (2)

  1. PATENTANSPRÜCHE: i. Strichziehvorrichtung, bei der in einer Blechgabel mit Holzgriff eine Strichziehwalze aus weichen, auf eine Holzrolle aufgezogenen Gummiringen verschiebbar eine Farbverteilungswalze fest gelagert und auf der Blechgabel ein Farbbehälter angeordnet ist, gemäß Patent 82i 474, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Farbbehälter eine an beiden Enden abgerundete oder abgeschrägte Rolle drehbar befestigt ist, die durch eine Flachfeder gehalten wird und die Farbe aus dem Farbbehälter auf die Strichziehwalze überträgt.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch r zum Ziehen mehrerer oder breiterer Striche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem in Zellen geteilten Farbbehälter mehrere Kugeln oder abgerundete oder abgeschrägte Rollen oder eine längere Walze drehbar befestigt sind, die durch eine Flachfeder gehalten werden und die Farbe aus dem Farbbehälter auf die Strichziehwalze übertragen.
