ίο Y' = Alkoxy-, Alkoxyalkoxy-, Halogenalkoxy- oder Alkylmercaptoreste bedeuten, sind bisher
nicht bekanntgeworden.
Wie gefunden wurde, besitzen diese Verbindungen

eine ausgezeichnete insektizide Wirksamkeit, die derjenigen der wirksamsten aromatisch-aliphatischen
Phosphorsäureester, wie dem p-Nitrophenyldiäthylthiophosphat,
gleichkommt, während die Toxizität der neuen Verbindungen für den Warmblüter wesentlich
geringer ist, so daß sie sich als Wirksubstanzen zur Herstellung von Schädlingsbekämpfungsmitteln,
insbesondere auch zur Bekämpfung von Blattläusen und Milben, hervorragend eignen.
Die neuen Verbindungen kann man herstellen, indem man aliphatische Phosphorsäureesterhalogenide
bzw. Thiophosphorsäureesterhalogenide der allgemeinen Formel

in der Hai = Chlor oder Brom bedeutet und X, Y und Y' die eingangs angegebene Bedeutung haben,
mit gegebenenfalls alkylsubstituierten, enolisierbaren ι, 2- oder i, 3-Cyclohexandionen oder deren Metallsalzen
umsetzt.
Die Umsetzungen können in An- oder Abwesenheit von inerten Lösungsmitteln, wie Benzol, Toluol,
Dioxan, Essigsäureäthylester, vorgenommen werden. Bei Verwendung der freien Cyclohexandione werden
mit Vorteil säurebindende Mittel zugesetzt, z. B. Natrium- oder Kaliumcarbonat. Zur Herstellung von Thiophosphorsäureestern kann
man aber auch zunächst in gleicher Weise aliphatische
Phosphorigsäureesterhalogenide der allgemeinen Formel

mit Schwefel oder schwefelabgebenden Verbindungen behändem. Die Schwefelung kann in An- oder Abwesenheit
von hochsiedenden Lösungsmitteln, wie o-Dichlorbenzol, Trichlorbenzol, Polybrombenzolen,
α- und ß-Chlornaphthalin, bei Temperaturen von etwa
160 bis 200° vorgenommen werden, wobei Katalysatoren, wie Natriumpolysulfide oder Phosphorpentasulfid,
zugesetzt werden können.
Ferner ist es auch möglich, aber weniger vorteilhaft, die cycloaliphatische Verbindung vor der aliphatischen
mit Phosphorsäurehalogeniden oder Thiophosphorsäurehalogeniden umzusetzen, indem man
beispielsweise Phosphoroxychlorid mit 1 Mol der Natriumverbindung von Cyclohexandion-(i, 3) umsetzt
und das erhaltene Phosphorsäuremonoester-
dichlorid mit 2 Mol Äthylalkohol bzw. Natriumalkoholat
reagieren läßt.
Als Phosphorsäureesterhalogenide der allgemeinen Formel

55. kommen insbesondere die von niedrigen aliphatischen Alkoholen und Merkaptanen sich ableitenden Verbindungen
in Frage, z. B. Methanol, Äthanol, n-Propanol, Isopropanol, Allylalkohol, Butylalkohole und
Amylalkohole, Methoxyäthanol, Äthoxyäthanol, Äthy-
lenchlorhydrin, Äthylenfhiorhydrin, Methyl-, Äthyl-,
n-Propyl-, Isopropyl- und Allyhnerkaptan sowie Butyl-
und Amylmerkaptane. Die Esterhalogenide sind teilweise bekannt, die bisher nicht bekanntgewordenen
Phosphorsäureesterhalogenide lassen sich in gleicher Weise z. B. durch Umsetzung von Phosphoroxyhalogeniden
oder Phosphorthiohalogeniden mit 2 Mol von entsprechenden Alkoholen oder Merkaptanen bzw.
deren Metallverbindungen oder zum Teil auch durch Schwefelung von Phosphorigsäuredialkylesterhalogeniden
herstellen.
Als einzelne Phosphorsäureesterhalogenide seien genannt: Phosphorsäure- oder Thiophosphorsäuredimethylesterchlorid,
-diäthylesterchlorid, -diäthylesterbromid, -methyläthylesterchlorid, -dipropylesterchlorid,
-diisopropylesterchlorid, -diallylesterchlorid, Thiophosphorsäure-O, S-diäthylesterchlorid, Dithiophosphorsäure-S,
S-diäthylesterchlorid, Dithiophosphorsäure-O, S-diäthylesterchlorid, Trithiophosphorsäuredimethylesterchlorid,
-diäthylesterchlorid.
Als Cyclohexandione können neben Cyclohexandion-(1, 2) (Dihydröbrenzcatechin) und Cyclohexandion-(1,3)
(Dihydroresorcin) alkylsubstituierte 1, 2- und i, 3-Cyclohexandione verwendet werden, sofern sie
enolisierbar sind, d. h. am Kohlenstoffatom neben bzw. zwischen den Ketogruppen noch Wasserstoff enthalten. 8g
Als derartige bekannte alkylsubstituierte Verbindungen kommen insbesondere 5-Methyldihydroresorcin
und 5,5-Dimethyldihydroresorcin (»Dimedon«) in
Frage, weiterhin auch i-Methylcyclohexandion-(2, 3), i-Methylcyclohexandion-(2, 4), i-Methylcyclohexandion-(2,
6), t-Methylcyclohexandion-(3, 4), 1, 3-Dimethylcyclohexandion-(4,5),
i-Isopropylcyclohexandion-(3.5).

i-Methyl-4-isopropylcyclohexandion-(2, 6) (= p-Menthandion-(2,6)).
Die nachfolgenden Beispiele sollen zur näheren Erläuterung der Erfindung dienen. Teile bedeuten
stets Gewichtsteile.
112 Teile Dihydroresorcin werden mit 500 Teilen
Benzol und 70 Teilen wasserfreiem Kaliumcarbonat versetzt und das sich bei der Neutralisation bildende
Wasser durch azeotrope Destillation entfernt. Hierauf wird auf 6o° abgekühlt, 190 Teile Diäthylthiophosphorsäurechlorid
zugetropft und zur Beendigung der Reaktion 10 Stunden unter Rückfluß erhitzt. Die
erkaltete Mischung wird mit Kaliumcarbonatlösung bis zur phenolphthaleinalkalischen Reaktion versetzt
und gut durchgerührt. Dann wird der wäßrige Teil von der benzolischen Schicht abgetrennt. Nach Abdestillieren
des Benzols erhält man den Dihydroresorcyldiäthylthiophosphorsäureester
als rötlich gefärbte, fast geruchlose Flüssigkeit, die sich nicht unzersetzt
destillieren läßt. Das Rohprodukt ist zur Herstellung insektizid wirksamer Stäube- und Spritzmittel geeignet.
Beispiel 2 1ZQ
162 Teile ;>Dimedon«natrium, dargestellt z. B. aus
»Dimedon« mit berechneter Menge Natronlauge und vorsichtigem Eindampfen zur Trockne, werden in
Teilen Toluol suspendiert und mit 175 Teilen Diäthylphosphorsäurechlorid 8 Stunden unter Rück- tag
fluß erhitzt. Nach beendeter Reaktion wird vom
gebildeten Natriumchlorid filtriert und das Lösungsmittel abdestilliert. Der [5,5-DimethylcyclohexenzJ1'2-on-(3)-yl]-diäthylphosphorsäureester
bleibt als leicht gefärbte Flüssigkeit zurück und wird ohne 5 weitere Reinigung zur Herstellung insektizid wirkender
Präparate verwendet. Der Ester läßt sich im Hochvakuum destillieren, unter 0,1 mm Druck geht er bei
bis 130° über.
Nach den im Beispiel 1 und 2 beschriebenen Methoden lassen sich folgende Verbindungen darstellen:

Die Thiophosphorsäureester sind allgemein gelbliche bis bräunliche öle, die sich nicht unzersetzt destillieren
lassen.
Die biologischen Eigenschaften der neuen Verbindungen
können auf den verschiedensten Gebieten der Schädlingsbekämpfung nutzbar gemacht und die Anwendungsformen
ganz den Verwendungszwecken angepaßt werden. Die aktiven Verbindungen können als
solche z. B. in Pulverform, Gas- oder Nebelform oder als Rauch angewandt werden. Für die meisten Zwecke
ist es jedoch wirtschaftlicher, sie mit geeigneten Trägerstoffen und Verteilungsmitteln zu kombinieren.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH:Verfahren zur Herstellung von Phosphorsäureestern der allgemeinen FormelR—o—p:Ύ'in der R einen gegebenenfalls alkylsubstituierten .d^-Cyclohexenonylrest, X=O oder S und Y und Y' = Alkoxy-, Alkoxyalkoxy-, Halogenalkoxy- oder Alkylmercaptoreste bedeuten, da-—p:—p:-OC2H5'OC2H5,OC2H6* OC2H5durch gekennzeichnet, daß man aliphatisehe Phosphorsäureesterhalogenide der allgemeinen FormelHal —Ρ(Il V χin der Hal = Chlor oder Brom bedeutet, mit gegebenenfalls alkylsubstituierten, enolisierbaren go Cyclohexandionen-(i, 2) oder -(1,3) oder deren Metallsalzen umsetzt oder daß man aliphatisehe Phosphorigsäureesterhalogenide der allgemeinen FormelHal —P\Y,in der Hai = Chlor oder Brom und Y und Y' = Alkoxy-, Alkoxyalkoxy-, Halogenalkoxy- oder Alkylmercaptoreste bedeuten, mit gegebenenfalls alkylsubstituierten enolisierbaren Cyclohexandionen-(i, 2) oder -(1,3) oder deren Metallsalzen umsetzt und die erhaltenen cycloaliphatisch-aliphatischen Phosphorigsäureester anschließend mit Schwefel oder schwefelabgebenden Verbindungen behandelt.9 5645 1,53
