Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schließvorrichtung für Beutel aus thermoplastischem Material mit einem Schweißkopf.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Schließvorrichtung zu schaffen, die einfacher und schneller sowie mit einem Minimum an Hilfsgeräten umzurüsten ist und
eine Anpassung der Vorrichtung an die unterschiedlichsten Schweißarbeiten im Hinblick auf die Art und die Stärke
der zu verschweißenden Beutel, Säcke od.dgl. gestattet.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, daß der Schweißkopf an der Vorrichtung auswechselbar angeordnet ist und jeder Schweißkopf anzutreibende Organe, wie beispielsweise Zahnräder, aufvsist, die nach dem Ansetzen des Schweißkcpfes an die
Vorrichtung mit einem einzigen Antriebsorgan, wie beispielsweise einem Antriebsritzel auf einer Welle, in
Eingriff stehen, die am unteren Ende des Getriebekasten der Vorrichtung aus diesem herausragt.
Durch diese Anordnung wird der Vorteil erreicht, daß der Schweißkopf einfach und schnell auszuwechseln und
damit an verschiedene Arbeitsprogramme und Anwendungsmöglichkeiten beim Verschließen von Beuteln anpaßbar
ist.
Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind
in den Unteransprüchen unter Schutz gestellt.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wiedergegeben, das anhand der nachfolgenden Beschreibung näher erläutert wird. Es zeigt:

Fig. 1 zeigt eine Schließvorrichtung für Beutel, Säcke od.dgl. aus thermoplastischem Material mit einem Fuß oder
Sockel 1, auf dem ein Getriebekasten 2 angeordnet ist, der die mechanischen und elektrischen Steuerelemente enthält. Am unteren Ende des Getriebkastens 2 sind Führungsschienen 3 angeordnet, in die Traversen 4 eingeschoben
sind, die einen Schweißkopf 5 tragen.
Der Schweißkopf 5 umfaßt zahlreiche Elemente, wie beispielsweise Heizelemente 10, Kühlelemente 11, Andrückrollen 12, Tast- und Steuerelemente u.dgl., wie sie für
das Jeweilige Arbeitsprogramm erforderlich sind.

In Anpassung an das jeweilige gewünschte Arbeitsprogramm kann der Schweißkopf in einfacher Weise durch einen anderen
ersetzt werden. Jeder Schweißkopf 5 ist derart ausgebildet, daß die an ihm vorgesehenen anzutreibenden Organe, wie die
Zahnräder 6 und 7, mit einem einzigen Antriebsorgan in Eingriff gebracht zu werden brauchen,wie ein Antriebsritzel 8
; auf einer Welle 18, die am unteren Ende des Getriebekastens
2 der Vorrichtung aus diesem heraus steht (Fig. 1,2).
i| Zum Antrieb der Welle 18 ist innerhalb des Getriebekastens
ΐ 2 ein Elektromotor, vorzugsweise ein Gleichstrommotor,
vorgesehen, der mit einem Geschwindigkeitsregler versehen ist und über ein bekanntes Vorgelegegetriebe mittels Zahnrädern
oder gezahnten riemen die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit an der Welle 18 herabsetzt.
Jeder Schweißkopf 5 ist außerdem zur Anbringung einer Transportvorrichtung 20 für zu schweißende Beutel 21 ausgebildet.
Eine derartige Transportvorrichtung is+, in Fig. 6 und 7 gezeigt und umfaßt im wesentlichen zwei gezahnte
ί Riemen 22, die im entgegengesetzten Sinne umlaufen. Die
Riemen 22 werden einerseits von zwei Rollen 23 mitgenommen,
die auf den Wellen 16 und 17 des Schweißkopfes 5 angeordnet sind (Fig. 2), und andererseits laufen sie
über zwei Umlenkrollen 24. Die Riemen 22 laufen um zwei
.} Trägerplatten 25 um, die Durchbrechungen 26 zum Anschluß
der Trägerplatten an dem Schweißkopf 5 haben. Zwischen den Trägerplatten 25 sind Andrückelemente 27 angeordnet,
§ die unter der Wirkung von nicht dargestellten Federn
stehen.
Ferner ist jeder Schweißkopf 5 mit Heizelementen 10 versehen, die unterschiedlich ausgebildet sein können, wie
es sich aus Fig. 3» 4, 5A und 5B ergibt. Das Heizelement

10 hat einen Körper 30, in dem eine sich in Längsrichtung erstreckende Bohrung 31 zur Aufnahme einer don Kern bildenden
Widerstandsheizung 32 ausgebildet ist (Fig. 4, 5A und 5B). Der Körper 30 ist mit einer austauschbaren Schweißbacke
33 versehen, die asymmetrisch an dem Körper 30 angeordnet ist. Ferner ist jeder Körper 30 des Heizelements
10 mit einer Reihe von Gewindebohrungen 35 versehen, die die Anbringung von Schweißstäben 34 unterschiedlicher Breite
gestatten, wie dem Schweißstab 34 gemäß Fig. 5A und dem
Schweißstab 36 ge*aäß Fig. 5B. Auf diese Weise besteht die
Möglichkeit, parallele Schweißnähte (Fig. 5A) oder sehr breite Schweißnähte (Fig. 5B) zu legen.
Fig. 4 zeigt zwei Heizelemente 10 während des Schweißens. Die beiden Folienabschnitte des Beutels 21 aus thermoplastischem
Material sind zwischen den beiden Metallbändern 13 fixiert, die mit Polytetrafluoräthylen beschichtet
sind. An der Stelle der Schweißbacken 33 überträgt das Band 13 die Wärme auf die thermoplastischen
Folienabschnitte, die so weich werden und ineinander fließen bzw. verschweißen.
An der Stelle der Schweißbacken 33 unterliegen die Metallbänder 13 einem gewissen örtlichen Verschleiß. Aufgrund
der asymmetrischen Anordnung der Schweißbacken 33 besteht jedoch die Möglichkeit, die Metallbänder 13 umzudrehen,
so daß ihre Betriebsdauer auf diese Weise verdoppelt wird.
Fig. 8 bis 10 zeigt im einzelnen eine Entstaubungseinrichtung. Dabei wird der obere Randbereich eines zu
schweißenden Beutels 21 zwischen Leitstücke Φ bewegt
und trifft auf einen Ansatz 41, der an einer Traverse 42 angeordnet ist. Der Ansatz 41 ist in der Bewegungsbahn der Beutel mit einer Einkerbung 43 versehen, die
vorübergehend den oberen Randbereich des Beutels 21 anhält, wenn er gegen den Ansatz 41 stößt. Wie auf Fig. 9

ersichtlich, wird der Beutel derart geführt, daß er sich
öffnet und seinen Weg fortsetzt, indem seine oberen Ränder
beiderseits des Ansatzes 41 vorbeibewegt werden. Im Bereich des Ansatzes 41 kann die Traverse 42 mit einem Kanal
44 versehen sein, durch den unter Druck stehende Luft derart in den Beutel geblasen wird daß sie die nach innen
weisenden Oberflächen der Randbereiche des Beutels 21 beaufschlagt
und von diesen Staub und Verunreinigungen vor dem Schweißen entfernt.
Eine etwas anders ausgebildete Entstaubungseinrichtung zeigt Fig. 11. Der Beutel 21 wird mittels der Transportriemen
22 zwischen zwei Leitorgane 50 bewegt, deren nach innen weisende Flanken 51 leicht geneigt sind, um so eine
im Querschnitt trichterförmige Bahn zu bilden. Die geneigten Flanken 51 sind mit mehreren Öffnungen 52 von
unterschiedlichem Querschnitt versehen, die in Abhängigkeit von der Art der zu schweißenden Beutel 21 abdeckbar
sind. Durch innerhalb der Leitorgane 50 angeordnete Kanäle wird an den Öffnungen 52 ein leichter Unterdruck
erzeugt, so daß der obere Randbereich eines jeden Beutels 21 von dem jeweiligen Leitorgan 50 angesaugt wird.
Ferner ist eine auswechselbare Düse 53 vorgesehen, die, wenn der Beutel 21 einmal geöffnet ist, zwischen die
Randbereiche des Beutels 21 abgesenkt werden kann, um in diesen Luft einzublasen. Neben dem vertikalen Absenken
kann die Düse 53 auch in der Bewegungsrichtung des Beutels verschwenkbar angeordnet sein, damit die
Düse 53 von dem Beutel 21 frei kommt, wenn dessen hinteror
Rand die Düse 53 passiert.
Die Entstaubungseinrichtung ist zweckmäßigerweise an der Transportvorrichtung befestigt, wie es in Fig. 1 gezeigt
ist. Weitere Zusatzgeräte, wie eine Schneideinrichtung, ein Vorwärmorgan u.dgl. können ebenfalls an
der Transportvorrichtung angeordnet sein, die ihrerseits
an dem auswechselbaren Schweißkopf 5 angeordnet ist. Dies
bringt dem Benutzer den erheblichen Vorteil, daß er die Schließvorrichtung mit einem Minimum an Zusatzgeräten
praktisch beliebigen Aufgabenbereichen bzw. Arbeitsprogrammen anpassen kann.

Claims (11)
1. Schließvorrichtung für Beutel aus thermoplastischem
Material mit einem Schweißkopf, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schweißkopf (5) an der Vorrichtung
auswechselbar angeordnet ist und jeder Schweißkopf (5) anzutreibende Organe, wie beispielsweise Zahnräder
(6,7), aufweist, die nach dem Ansetzen des Schweißkopfes (5) an die Vorrichtung mit einem einzigen Antriebsorgan, wie beispielsweise einem Antriebsritzel (8) auf
einer Welle (18), in Eingriff stehen, die am unteren Ende des Getriebekastens (2) der Vorrichtung aus diesem herausragt.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Schweißkopf (5) für den Anschluß einer Transportvorrichtung
(20) für die zu schweifenden Beutel (21) ausgebildet ist.

3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportvorrichtung (20) für die Beutel (21) zwei
Riemen (22) aufweist, die im entgegengesetzten Sinne umlaufen und von Rollen (23) mitgenommen werden, die auf Antriebswellen
(16,17) des Schweißkopfes (5) angeordnet sind, und die Riemen (2?.) um zwei Trägerplatten (25) umlaufen,
die an dem Schweißkopf (5) befestigt sind und zwischen denen Andrückelemente (27) vorgesehen sind.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportvorrichtung (20) des Schweißkopies (5)
eine Entstaubungseinrichtung aufweist.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entstaubungseinrichtung zwei Leitstücke (40) für
den oberen Randbereich des Beutels (21) und einen Ansatz (41) aufweist, der in der Bahn des Beutels (21) an feiner
Traverse (42) angeordnet und mit einer Einkerbung (43) versehen ist, die vorübergehend den oberen Randbereich
des Beutels (21) anhält, wenn er gegen den Ansatz (41) stößt, wobei der Beutel (21) geöffnet wird und seine
Bewegung fortsetzt, während seine oberen Ränder beiderseits des Ansatzes (41) vorbeibewegt werden, in dessen
Bereich die Traverse (42) mit einem Kanal (44) zum Einblasen von unter Druck stehender Luft versehen ist, von
der die nach innen weisenden Oberflächen der Randbereiche des Beutels (21) beaufschlagt werden und die so Staub
und Verunreinigungen vor dem Schweißen entfernt.
6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entstaubungseinrichtung zwei Leitstücke (50)
aufweist, zwischen denen der Beutel (21) mittete der
Transportriemen (22) hindurchbewegt wird, dia nach innen weisende, leicht geneigte Flanken (51) haben und so eine
im Querschnitt trichterförmige Bahn bilden sowie mit Öffnungen (52) von unterschiedlichem Querschnitt ver-
sehen sind, die in Abhängigkeit von der Art der zu schweißenden Beutel (21) abdeckbar und von einem leichten Unterdruck
beaufschlagbar sind, der den oberen Randbereich des Beutels (21) gegen die Leitorgane (50) saugt und so den Beutel (21)
öffnet und zu dessen Erzeugung im Inneren der Leitorgane (50) Kanäle angeordnet sind.
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine auswechselbare Luft-Blas-DUse (53) aufweist,
die zwischen die Randbereiche des Beutels (21) absenkbar angeordnet ist.
8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Entstaubungseinrichtung, die an der Transportvorrichtung (20) befestigt ist, eine Sehneideinrichtung, ein
Vorwärmorgan und dgl. zugeordnet und an dem Jeweiligen
Schweißkopf (5) angeordnet sind.
9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Jeder Schweißkopf (5) mit veränderbaren Heizelementen
(10) versehen ist.
10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9» dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Jedes Heizelement (10) einen Körper (30) mit einer | austauschbaren Schweißbacke (33) aufweist, die asymmetrisch i
an dem Körper (30) angeordnet ist.
11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Jeder Körper (30) des Heizelements(10) mit
mehreren Gewindebohrungen (35) zum Anschließen von Schweißstäben (34) unterschiedlicher Breite versehen ist.
