Description
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Schutzhüllen aus Celluloid o. dgl.
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Vorrichtungen zum Herstellen Von Schutzhüllen aus Celluloid zur Aufnahme von Ausweisen oder anderen Schriftstücken, Dokumenten o. dgl.
- Bei bekannten Vorrichtungen dieser Art wurden die Seitenkanten einer hüllenförmigen Doppelfläche mit Hilfe einer Formzunge, Einrollrinne und einem elektrisch beheizten Stößel durch Falzen verbunden. Die Vorrichtung selbst war in ihren Teilen nicht einheitlich, ihre Steuerung umständlich und die Schutzhülle in der Falzung wenig dauerhaft.
- Unterschiedlich vom Bekannten wirkt bei der Vorrichtung gemäß der Erfindung der lotrecht bewegte Falzstößel zum Falzen der Endkante der oberen Hüllenfläche mit einer Rollplatte zusammen, deren Hohlkehle die Endkante der unteren Hüllenfläche oder die Endkanten beider Hüllenflächen einrollt, lVO-durch die Schutzhülle eine dauerhafte Form erhält.
- Auf der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der Erfindung in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform dargestellt, und zwar zeigen Abb. I eine Draufsicht der Vorrichtung mit in Wirkungsstellung gebrachtem Hand- und Nockenhebel bzw. Druckstück und Leiste, sowie (strichpunktiert) die Druckstellung der Hebel und Nocken für die Rolleinrichtung, Abb. 2 die Vorrichtung in Seitenansicht, Abb. 3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie-4-S der Abb. I (in vergrößertem MaBstabe); Abb. 4 und 5 das Zusammenwirken des Falzstößels mit der beheizten Druck- oder Rollplatte in verschiedenen Stellungen.
- Auf einer Grundplatte I ist einseitig und auswechselbar eine übliche Formzunge 2 zwischen den beiden Celluloidscheiben 3 durch eine Deckplatte befestigt. Die Celluloidscheiben 3 werden im Weiterhearbeiten zusammeln mit der Formzunge 2 auf der Grundplatte I durch ein Druckstück 5 mit Leiste 6 festgelegt, wobei diese Teile schwenlsbar in Lagern 7 liegen, die wiederum. auf einer Weile 8 befestigt sind und von einem Hebelpaar zum Festdrücken und Lockern gekippt werden. Dies Hebelpaar besteht aus einem Handhebel 9 mit Nockenteil 10, der bei 11 beweglich mit einem weiteren, unter Zug einer Feder 12 stehenden Hebel 13 verbunden ist und durch sein Niederbewegen ein Anheben des Hebels 13 und Niederkippen der Lager 7 bewirkt oder umgekehrt beim Anheben ein Senken des Hebels 13 und Anheben der Lager 7 erfolgt. Um nun den Hub der Teile 10.
- I3, 7 bzw. den Preßdruck der Teile 5, 6 genau zu regeln, ist für den Nockenteil 10 eine Unterlegplatte 14 auswechselbar auf der Grundplatte 1 befestigt, deren Stärke derjenigen der Formzunge 2 angepaßt ist. I)a für einen erwünschten größeren Zwischenraum zwischen den Hüllenwandungen eine entsprechend dicke Formzunge erforderlich ist, so muß dieser Ausgleich in der Stärke der Platte 14 liegen. Mit Hilfe einer Leiste 15 an der Hinterseite des Druckstückes 5 wird die obere Hüllenscheibe gegen die untere gepreßt, und zwar unter Bildung einer. der Stärke der Formzunge 2 entsprechenden Abkröpfung. Dies geschieht durch einen bügelförmigen Hebel I6, der auf der Grundplatte I schwenkbar befestigt ist und einen über die Länge des Druckstückes 5 reichenden Falz stößel 15 in lotrechter Richtung gegen den Druck einer Feder 17 herabdrückt, bis beide Scheiben aufeinanderliegen, worauf der Falzstößel sofort wieder nach oben gehend freigelassen wird (Pfeilrichtungen Abb. 3 und 4).
- Eine Begrenzung dieser Bewegungen erfolgt durch Führungsschlitze 18, durch welche Befestigungsschrauben 19 ragen. Nach erfolg tem Zusammenpressen der Hüllenflächen werden durch einen Handhebel 20 durch Lenker 21 verbundene Hebel 22 mit Nocken 23 geschwenkt und treiben eine elektrisch beheizte Rollplatte 24 gegen die aufeinandergepreßten Endkanten der Hülle 25 (Abb. 4), um sie fest miteinander zu verbinden. Hierfür ist die Rollplatte 24 mit einer Hohlkehle 26 versehen. deren Unterkante die Endkanten 25 erfatt und beim Bewegen (in der Pfeilrichtung Abb. 4) zu einer Rolle formt und zusammen preßt (Abb. 5).
- Für die Bearbeitung von verschieden langen Hüllen ist die Formzunge 2 sowie die Grundplatte 1 mit Bohrungen 27 versehen, in die ein Stecker 28 zum Festlegen der Formzunge eingesteckt wird, damit dieselbe nur von dieser Stelle ab his zum Ende 2a freischwebend benutzbar ist. während der andere Teil auf die Grundplatte I festgelegt ist.
- Ätit Hilfe der Vorrichtung gemäß der Erfindung können auch Hüllen aus anderen warm formbaren organischen Kunststoffen. wie z. B. Acetylcellulose, hergestellt werden.

- PATENTANSPRÜCH: Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Schutzhüllen aus Celluloid o. dgl., deren Seitenkanten mit Hilfe einer Formzunge, Einrollrinne und eines elektrisch beheizten Stößels durch Falze verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet. dall der lotrecht wegte Falzstößel (15) zum Falzen der Endkante der oberen Hüllenfläche mit einer beheizbaren Rollplatte (24) zusammenwirkt, deren Hohlkehle (26) die Endkante der unteren Hüllenfläche oder die Endkanten beider Hüllenflächen einrollt.Zur Abgrenzung des Anmeldungsgegenstandes vom Stand der Technik sind im Erteilungsverfahren folgende Druckschriften in Ijetracht gezogen worden: deutsche Patentschriften ...
