Description
- -Riechstoffmischung In dem Hauptpatent 676 171 sind Riechstoffmischungen beschrieben, die einen Gehalt an Ketonen bzw. Ketongemischen besitzen, welche durch Kondensation von im Kern einfach ungesättigten penta- oder im Kern gesättigten oder einfach ungesättigten hexacyclischen Ketonen einschließlich der durch Alkyl- oder Alkylenreste substituierten Homologen, und zwar solchen, welche mindestens eine der Ketongrupp;e benachbarte freie Methylengruppe enthalten, mit aliphatischen Aldehyden gesättigten Charakters mit normaler oder verzweigter Kette, die aus 5 bis 7 Kohlenstoffatomen besteht, entstehen.
- Gemäß der vorliegenden weiteren Ausbildung der Erfindung zeigte @es sich nun, daß wertvolle Nuancen der mit den genannten Produkten erzeugten Gerüche dadurch erzielt werden können, daß die auf die beschriebene Art erhaltenen Ketone bzw. Ketongemische in an sich bekannter Weise unter Aufhebung der semicyclischen Doppelbindung hydriert und als Riechstoffe -verwendet werden. Man kann sie z. B. nach dem Verfahren von T r e f, f und Werner (Ber. 66, 1523 aus den entsprechenden ob@engenannten Alkylidenketonen durch Hydrierung gewinnen. Die mit zu diesem Verfahren gehörenden 3-methylsubstituierten Verbindungen haben den neuen Substituenten in 5-Stellung, während die unter das Patent 613 308 fallenden ihn in 2-Stellung tragen. Ihr Geruchscharakter ist ähnlich, aber doch deutlich verschieden.

B.eispi:el 2;=: Hyazinthe ioo Teile 2-h-heptylcyclohexanon-i, 25o - Phenyläthylalkohol, i 5o - Zimtalkohol, s 8o - Benzylacetat, 20 - Eugenol, ioo - Phenyläthylacetat, 20 - Phenylacetaldehyd, ,1o - Linalool, 6o - Terpineol, 5o - Geraniol, i3o - Benzylbenzoat, i ooo Teile. Beispiel 3, Pfirsichblüte i 8o Teile Linalaol, 400 - Phenyläthylalkohol, aoo - Geraniol, 20 - Phenyläthylacetat, 4o - a-Ionon, i4o - 2-n-Hexylcycloh-exanon-i, 8 - Undecalakton, 100 - Zimtalkohol, i o - Anisal -ehyd, 2. - Vanillin, i ooo Teile.
