Claims (12)
1. Isoliertes und gereinigtes Nukleinsäuremolekül, das für die Aminosäuresequenz SEQ
ID NR: 8 codiert.
2. Isoliertes, gereinigtes Nukleinsäuremolekül der Nukleinsäuresequenz von SEQ ID
NR: 7, das für einen Freisetzungshormonrezeptor für Wachstumshormon codiert.
3. Vektor umfassend ein Nukleinsäuremolekül der Sequenz von Anspruch 2.
4. Wirtszelle umfassend den Vektor von Anspruch 3.
5. Wirtszelle umfassend ein Nukleinsäuremolekül der Sequenz von Anspruch 2.
6. Isoliertes und gereinigtes Nukleinsäuremolektil, das für ein Polypeptid mit der
biologischen Aktivität eines Freisetzungshormonrezeptors für Wachstumshormon der
Aminosäuresequenz von SEQ ID NO: 8 codiert, wobei die Aktivität im Binden von
Frei etzungshormon für Wachstumshormon besteht.
7. Expressionsvektor umfassend das Nukleinsäuremolekül von Anspruch 6, wobei das
Nukleinsäuremolekül in einem Vektor vorliegt, der sich in einer prokaryotischen oder
eukaryotischen Zelle vervielfältigen kann.
8. Escherichia coli umfassend den Expressionsvektor von Anspruch 7.
9. Affenzelte transformiert mit SV-40 umfassend den Expressionsvektor von Anspruch
7.
10. Verfahren zur rekombinanten Herstellung eines Freisetzungshormonrezeptors für
Wachstumshormon der Aminosäuresequenz von SEQ ID NR: 8, umfassend die
Transfektion einer Wirtzelle; mit dem Expressionsvektor von Anspruch 7, die Kultur
der transfizierten Wirtszelle bei Bedingungen, die die Expression des Rezeptors
ermöglichen sollten, und Gewinnung des Rezeptors.
11. Transfizierte DH5α Zellen hinterlegt bei der American Type Culture Collection unter
der Zugriffsnummer ATCC 69058.
12. Isolierte und gereinigte DNA Sonde ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus SEQ
ID NR: 5 und SEQ ID NR: 6 zur Verwendung beim Screening von
Nukleinsäuremolekülen, die; für Polypeptide codieren, welche Bindeaktivität für
Freisetzungshormon für Wachstumshormon des Freisetzungshormonrezeptors für
Wachstumshormon aufweisen.
