Description
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kampferlösungen. Zur Herstellung von für die Injektion dienenden Kämpferpräparaten sowohl aus dem natürlichen Kampfer als auch aus dem synthetischen Racemkampfer für die Herztherapie werden bekanntlich ölige Lösungen des Kampfers verwendet. Öle als Lösungsmittel für Kampfer zeigen aber gewisse >Nachteile, welche ihre Ursache in dem ungünstigen Verteilungsverhältnis des Lösungsmittels bezüglich Öle und wäßriger Medien (Serum) besitzen.
- Es wurde nun gefunden, daß wasserlösliche Äther und Ester mehrwertiger Alkohole, beispielsweise die Äther des Glycerins und des Glycols, wie z. B. Diäthylin, Glycolmonoäthyläther oder Mono- oder Di-Essigsäureglycerinester, ein ausgezeichnetes Lösungsvermögen für Kampfer beiderlei Art besitzen. Gegenüber anderen Lösungsmitteln zeigen diese Körper den überraschenden Vorteil, daß sie ein gleich günstiges Verteilungsverhältnis bezüglich Öle und wäßriger Medien haben. Die genannten Lösungsmittel lösen Kampfer in jeder Konzentration leicht und lassen sich auch mit Wasser und Serum 'in jedem Verhältnis mischen. Durch dieses günstige Verteilungsverhältnis wird eine solche Kampferlösung bei subkutaner und intramuskulärer Injektion leicht resorbiert.

- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kampferlösungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man als Lösungsmittel wasserlösliche Äther und Ester mehrwertiger Alkohole verwendet.
