Description

Das Hauptpatent bezieht sich auf ein : Pulverbläsergehäuse, bei dem die Luftzufuhr , in einen Pulverbehälter von einem Windkessel j aus erfolgt, der von dem Pulverbehälter durch i eine Scheibe getrennt ist. Im Gegensatz zum Hauptpatent ist diese Scheibe bei der vor- , liegenden Zusatzerfindung nicht beweglich i und ermöglicht dadurch, daß in der Mitte der Scheibe sich ein Loch befindet, eine günstige | Luftzufuhr auf die Pulvermenge, welche ; außerdem noch von dem Luftstrom zwischen I Scheibenrand und Gehäusewandiung auf- J gewirbelt wird. Es ist wesentlich, daß zur j günstigen Herausschleudlerung der Pulvermenge aus dem achsial verlaufenden Ausströmrohr ein aehsial gerichteter Preßluftstrom erzeugt wird. Durch das achsial gelegene Loch in der Scheibe ist der gewünschte Preßluftstrom ermöglicht.
Die Zeichnung zeigt eine Seitenansicht. Das Pulverbläsergehäuse besteht aus einem Ansatzrohr a, einem Windkessel b, einem: Pulverbehälter c mit Einschüttöffnung d undi einem Ausströmrohr e, wobei Windkessel und Pulverbläser durch die bereits, beschriebene Scheibe/ getrennt sind. Die Scheibe/ ist innerhalb eines kreisförmigen Querschnittes durch den Windkessel b an zwei oder mehr schmalen festen Brücken nach der Windkesselwandung konzentrisch aufgehängt (Brücken g1, g2). Zwischen Scheibenrand und Gehäusewandung befindet sich ein Zwischenraum. Die konzentrisch eingehängte Scheibe hat in der Mitte ein Loch h. Sie kann auch mehrere Löcher haben. .
Da die Scheibe bei dieser Zusatzerfindung nicht hin· und her gedreht wird, kann der ganze Apparat bequem aus Glas hergestellt werden.

Claims (1)

  1. Patent-Anspruch:
    Pulverbläsergehäuse gemäß Patent 357045, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Windkessel (b) und diem Pulverbehälter (c) mit Einschüttöffnung (d) eine Scheibe mit zentralem Loch (h) angebracht ist, die diurch zwei oder mehr schmale Brücken an der Windkesselwandung befestigt ist, wobei die Größe der Scheibe so gewählt ist, daß zwischen Windkesselwandung und Scheibenrand ein Spielraum bleibt.
